Beautiful home that is well maintained. The photo of the art on the walls is no longer there but it didn’t take away from the awesome place. The club house/beach is easily accessed with the free shuttle service or use of the golf cart. Beach is beautiful. The house is spacious and comfortable for our family of 7. Great stay!

We had a fabulous stay! The host was incredibly quick to respond if anything came up which went a long way for us! Great location and the access to the beach club/gym/facilities were perfect.

Denisa was a wonderful host and we enjoyed staying in her home. She was extremely helpful and friendly. The house is in a terrific location and the pool was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s home. It is the perfect location in Playa Conchal - a short golf cart ride to the beach, pool club and restaurants at the W and Westin nearby. Denissa and Elvir who live next door and greeted us were so welcoming and helpful with recommendations, and accommodating for anything we needed. The home felt clean and safe and has a beautiful pool in the backyard. We hope to be back soon!

Elvir and Denisa were amazing hosts. They were responsive,friendly and made us feel like family. They picked us up from the airport and even did some groceries for us so that we had something in the fridge. Arriving late, tired and hungry Elvir helped us get food delivered from the Beach club to the house on our first night. They were also flexible with checkout which helped tremendously. The space is great for a group. The pool and backyard were amazing to have every day when you dont want to go out. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms all had ensuites. Having access to the golf cart and beach club were also such a great perk. The beach club is awesome, clean and had good food and staff. Having both poolside and beach chair service included is such a huge plus. Ive stayed in many airbnb's and never had access to facilities like this. If you are planning your family's visit to Guanacaste and dont want to be stuck with the masses at an all inclusive, this is the place to stay

This house was fantastic in a great location. Lots to do with easy access in rented golf carts. The property was clean and very well appointed. with comfortable beds and lots of space. The hosts were the highlight of this property. Denisa was an absolute gem and so gracious! We can not thank her and her husband enough for their generosity and help. Will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay at casa artistica! We had a group of 8, 5 adults/3 kids (5,9,11). 3 kids slows everything down so we didnt get to all that was offered, but it was so easy to relax at home in the pool or get to the beach club to swim at the pools or sit beachside. there is access to a workout facility that several of the adults frequented each morning, the spa has a sauna/cold plunge/hot tub you also get access to included in your stay. there are hikes you can do along the beach and up to a cliff or around the property. (We didnt do too many because it was so hot/humid and the kids barely tolerated the 1 we tried.) you can use the paddle boards/kayaks from the beach club and everyone was SO FRIENDLY!! i wish we had another 2 days so I could have gotten out on a bike from the resort to explore the trails! thanks for a beautiful time!

Our family of 8 adults had an amazing stay at Elvirs home. The gated community is beautiful. Easy golf cart ride to the beach club which feels like a 5-star resort with food and drink service. Can walk along the beach front to local restaurants or eat at the hotels within the gated community. We also went out on Elvirs boat and had an amazing time! Unlimited drinks. Lovely food. And we were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins right alongside the boat. Our family will definitely be back!

Elvir and Denisa were always super friendly and attentive to us, they even guided us inside Reserva Conchal, they responded to our concerns in a timely manner. The house is much nicer in person than it looks in the photos. It's definitely a place we'll go back to.

Our family had a wonderful week at this property. The home was very clean and the pool was lovely. Reserva Conchal is a gorgeous area and the golf cart that came with this home made it even more fun to explore. The owners live next door and answered all of our questions. They also reserved us a cabana at the beautiful beach club on our first day. Such a nice surprise! We tried many restaurants in the Brasilito/Flamingo Beach area and recommend Surf Box, D Mario’s, Papaya, JB’s, Pura Vida Vibes Cafe, Vida Bowls Acai, and Loli’s Bakery. The restaurant onsite at the beach club is also good (and convenient!). Pura Vida!

Super nice, everything was very good

Our stay at Casa Artistica was incredible. The house was beautiful and spacious. We were 5 adults, 2 teens and a baby and there was ample room to be together or have some alone time. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was very comfortable and convenient. The pool area was beautiful and you can’t beat the beach access. Playa Conchal is one of the most beautiful beaches to relax on. The quality of the beach club, the restaurant, and the gym was everything we wanted and more. My husband loved the golf course, my kids loved the horseback riding and I loved the massages on the beach. We will definitely be back.

This was a real treat for us. We did a week long tour through the mountains of Costa Rica and ended at this gem of a property for some relaxing beach time to put the final touch on a wonderful trip. This property sits in a beautiful reserve with tons of wildlife and a beautiful golf course in the back yard. The beach is a short golf-cart ride away along with the beach club which has a trendy/modern restaurant with a very kind staff. The house is spacious and very well-kept. I can't say enough nice things about our hosts Elvir and Denisa. They were responsive and acted as personal tour guides with recommendations and amazing communication. We hope to come back and visit again soon. We were sad to leave!
