Stayed here for a couple of weeks while working on a project in Nosara. The home was great and was easy enough to make into home especially when the rain comes in and you don’t want to risk going through the streams. The beach is very close with surfers each day and has a restaurant to get some fruit smoothies for those nutrients. Everything with the house works well and the rooms have AC for those hotter nights. The kitchen was of good use as well as the bbq grill outside. The rain that comes by pretty hard at times does cause some leakage to be mindful of but luckily nothing that made me worried about my stuff or sleep. This was a great place for us while we were in CR and we will be looking back to it when the time comes again. We also found out that one of our friends stayed here a few years ago too!!

The place has a very nice low key surfer vibe, lots of space, and a very nice pool/terrace/kitchen/dinning space, it does needs a bit of maintenance or improvement in some bathrooms. Kitchen is big and functional but needs a bit of work as well. We spoke to Adriana early in our stay and gave our feedback on the place, she was very helpful, open and eager to help make our stay better, she gave us lots of options to work with, to witch we are very thankful! Location is awesome, very close to the beaches, and very close to the only convenient store around the area. Carlos was very responsive and helpful as well. Our kids loved the pool, and played continuously with the house dog, which was very well behaved. Overall we had a very nice time and our host was very helpful!!
