Gio's condo is well equipped and has great views of the Bay and the city. Gio was an excellent host and quickly addressed any issues. The building is located on Balboa Ave between the Hilton and Urraca Park. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area, 24 hour concierge and the area is extremely safe. We had a great stay and look forward to returning next year.

We have stayed here before, but in another unit and we love this building and area. Def recommended location for those visiting. Pool and amenities are great! New sauna works perfectly and love the billards/ping pong room. Jacuzzi never really heats up so don't get excited about a real "hot tub", but otherwise everything was great. There were a few minor cleaning issues that I addressed with Gio offline. If I could suggest, a few more quality linens and bedspreads for the guest room would be nice. Also, I might suggest prepping the apartment before arrival by turning on the AC and freshening up a bit. Took a bit for us to cool the unit off and air it out. The patio/balcony furniture is lightweight and I might suggest some more quality outdoor furniture. There were strong winds for several days and we had to move the furniture inside. Extra toilet paper/cleaning supplies and basic coffee/tea items would be a nice touch. We would def stay here again and probably will. Thank you Gio!

Great location. Condo has a great view of the bay. Having the outdoor deck was amazing as well. The main bedroom is quite large. Over all very nice, clean condo with very polite staff.

This is a nice apartment in a good location on Avenue Balboa. Everything is as described, the apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable. Everything worked well (AC, washer/dryer etc.)The balcony is a bonus. There was a lot of street noise, but that's to be expected at this location. The host is very responsive. The building is very secure, with a guard always on duty at the front door. This home is good value for the money, and we would definitely stay here again, but would bring a toaster - there' s no toaster :).

We liked the apartment so much we extended our stay. The room layout is optimal. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, well maintained and clean. The location is optimal and the view is spectacular. Pool and rooftop are beautiful. We will definitely come back. Gio was always reachable and very friendly. Booking and check-in were also well organized. So, it doesn't get any better!
