Playa De’s was absolutely beautiful, from the host to the staff, to the other guests. I booked my excursion through the hotel and everything was took care of for me. I was accommodated in every way. I had the pleasure of staying in the spa room, which was cute and intimate, and the stone room, that was very aesthetically pleasing. The reviews about the drive is right but once you do it once it’s no biggie we still went to the city every night the rooms were worth the drive. I’ll stay in Playa De’s again.

The location was absolutely beautiful with a stunning beach view. The staff and service were excellent. I was very satisfied with how kind and helpful everyone was. The only thing to keep in mind is that the property is quite far from everything, so plan accordingly

We had an excellent stay over the five days we were there. The room was a bit smaller than i though based on the pictures, but it was still very nice and cozy. You can't beat the view from the Spa Room. It's about a 20-25 minute golf cart ride into town, but not bad at all. We even took the hour ride to Secret Beach one day. The food on site was very good, although a bit pricier than other options in town. Overall if you are looking for the quiet, private beach feel away from town with clean beach and water...this is the place.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Culturally embarrassing to be on a completely different vibe. Hands on and love getting reconnected with the peace of nature And the beauty that comes with it. Rent the golf cart once you arrive. Bring OFF anywhere in Belize will require it

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We were looking for place away from the hustle and bustle. Very peaceful and had everything we needed.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Chose this location as we wanted something more relaxed vs the other resorts. There's also no sargassum grass here which was all over the water outside of the bay. While the water isn't that deep for swimming, maybe chest high, they provided paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy. The entire staff was super friendly. The food was fantastic, we had many items off the menu over the week and enjoyed it all, although I was bummed it wasn't lobster season! Unless doing a tour or eating somewhere else you have everything you need right here. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thanks for an enjoyable anniversary get away.

Playa de Sala was a dream! We could not have asked for a more beautiful, peaceful experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Forest and her team with a welcome drink and received a tour of the property. This was definitely a foreshadowing of the their hospitality for the week to come. Much gratitude to the team. All of the staff felt like family and were accommodating to our needs. The food and drinks were amazing. You really don’t have to leave the hotel unless you just want to. We really enjoyed swapping stories with locals and travelers at the Boat Bar. A lot of time was spent there :) I hate our trip was so short; I could’ve used a few more months of that. I’ll be back!

The entire staff was great. They were very helpful and so friendly. I felt safe and welcomed. It was pretty far out from town but other than that I appreciate entire staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great week long trip. The staff were amazing and the room was great. I would stay again if traveling to Ambergris Caye.
