Everything was excellent, both the house and the location seemed spectacular to us, the house has everything you need and even more. The pool is very clean, it has a beautiful ocean view and the host is very friendly and helpful. Both myself and my family look forward to returning soon!

A beautiful house full of details for a vacation. Lucas the host was very friendly, respectful, communicative and cordial. We had a great few days in Tivives. The house is totally recommended, Very grateful for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place.

Playa Tivives was a surprise that we did not expect since it is a small beach, close to San José but beautiful. Yes, it is full of plastic garbage, unfortunately. Although the property is very spacious and has direct access to the beach, it urgently requires basic maintenance. In addition, there was very little water during the stay despite having a tank. Because of this, only the downstairs bathroom could be used, which was the only one that had water. If they manage to work on the areas of improvement mentioned to the owner, we would 100% recommend the place.

Hi Magaly. Thank you for your feedback. Although there are things that can be improved, little by little it is done since everything requires time and money. Still, as I left you, you have some contact numbers to call if you need anything (light bulbs that don't work) and solve the problem. A gate broken by the salinity of the sea cannot be changed the next day. It requires someone to do it and come and put it etc etc.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable. The house comes with everything you need to have fun. It can be improved in some aspects, such as extending the air conditioning area and some things worn out by coastal erosion. But overall excellent. Thank you very much to Lucas

An excellent house, it matches the photos. The only recommendation I would give is to give it the proper maintenance, so that the house is promoted more, the location, the beach, the place is excellent.

The place is as described, it is very quiet, you can spend a peaceful and relaxed time. Also, at night it is very quiet and pleasant. The host responds very quickly, is friendly and helpful. One recommendation is to keep the screen doors, both front and back, always closed (even if you have the wooden doors open to cool off), since there are raccoons and monkeys in the area, which if they see open doors they go into the kitchen and take the food. Otherwise, a nice place.

The washing machine worked well but lacked of instructions and wished they had a dryer. Also, since the nearest market is at least 30m a couple of days of ground coffee would be appreciated when coming in. Second floor very hot. Overall very quiet and peaceful stay!

Gracias por tu mensaje aunque querría matizar ciertas cosas. No me parece justo que se queje por la falta de secadora ( que en ningún momento se menciona que haya en el anuncio) y puntue mal por ello. En una casa que la temperatura media es de 30 grados y hay sol durante todo el año, la naturaleza hace ella sola el trabajo de secar al aire en poquísimo tiempo. Por otro lado, lo del café. Está claro que podría poner café de cortesía, a la vez que podría subir el precio de la estancia debido a este sobrecoste. Vuelvo a decir que no es justo puntuar algo que en ningun momento se ha ofrecido. Aún así me alegro que hayan disfrutado de la estancia con nosotros.
