This house has magnificent views with a great pool overlooking the Pacific. The Rio Mar amenities were very nice and private. Restaurants and shopping not too far away. Our family had an amazing time. Yolanda was a great host. She went way above and beyond to help us get a backpack that was left behind. We’ll be forever grateful.

Absolutely loved our stay at Yolanda’s condo in Rio Mar! The breathtaking view alone makes this place unforgettable. The condo is exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The community is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. We also had a fantastic breakfast at the on-site restaurant—highly recommend it! Our only regret? That we couldn’t stay longer. We would return in a heartbeat!

We are so greatful we found Yolanda's place and opted for an extended weekend (3 nights/4 days). The place is amazing for the privacy (your own pool/jacuzzi overlooking the beach and ocean), the facilities (Sonos system for you to play), bbq at the open terrace overlooking the stars, 5 star bedrooms, kitchen, living rooms... What is not to like...!! We were a family group of 6 adults and there was space for everyone. It is one of the nicest beach properties we have stayed in Panama. You also get direct access to the beach were you have to time your swims and/or your looong walks (more than one hour when the tide is down). There are also facilities if you want to visit the compound pools, restaurant, and even a small spa. Will definitely go back. 😍

The house is beautiful😍. Just like the photographs. Exquisite decor and everything you need. The place is quiet and the view spectacular. I recommend it 100%.

What a perfect house. Stayed here for spring break for a week with my teen daughter, sister, and best friend. House was spacious and perfect for what we wanted to do, which was to relax by the pool and get some sun. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, kitchen had everything we needed to cook plenty of towels and linens, large living room plus a den. Supermarket and other stores not too far away. The restaurant right across the street was very convenient and had great ceviche. Wish we could have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed 3 days with plenty of privacy and the house's large spaces; we felt right at home. An amazing ocean view. It was worth it, and we definitely have to come back.

The home is a nice, single floor spacious home (the floor above is a separate house). Roughly 1:45 minutes drive from Panama City. The backyard is simply spectacular! A private mid-sized salt-water pool, with an incredible view of the beach, sunset and sunrise. Pleasant long walks (at low tide) on a very quiet beach. To reach the beach just walk down roughly 30 stairs, located immediately next to the house (accessible from the back yard). Yolanda is accommodating, responsive and eager to help. The community has a large pool which is virtually empty in the morning hours. Everyone in neighborhood is extremely friendly. Overall a great, quiet getaway for those who want a peaceful relaxing time - i highly recommend!

An amazing view, a very nice beach and a very nice pool. The family spent a few days relaxing and enjoying themselves.

Excellent 5 star experience. This is truly a magical place. Great hosts being presents for our needs. Very well equipped house and highly recommended. We are looking forward to going back.

My family and I enjoyed our vacation stay at this wonderful home living like a local. We enjoyed the beach and pool daily and all the comforts of having our home away from home. The home was very well equipped with multiple seating areas to spread out and the large kitchen. Yolanda was most helpful and always responded quickly. We did not want to leave today, but would stay here again.

This is a top-notch property; we rented it for Easter break and we are a family of 3. We enjoyed that it had its private pool with an amazing view. The house is inside a private compound that has its own little restaurant and it was really convenient that it is some 40 steps away from the front door. We will rent it again for sure.

Modern house in a quiet place with a beautiful view. Well equipped with hi-speed Wi-Fi. Even when we had some minor issues with electricity Yolanda replied almost immediately and helps to solve everything.

This house was absolutely stunning. The view is amazing and you can get to the beach in less than 30 seconds. Yolanda was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here for the most beautiful view and relaxing time.
