The place was as described and very clean. What stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff on site were. They picked us up from the airport, helped with our luggage, took us back to the airport and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Aileen also recommended a local club who arranged snorkelling and diving for us. And they can rent a golf cart, which I recommend from Aileen rather than one of the many renters on the island, much safer.

Lovely place! Very close to restaurants and right across from the beach and fun places! Loved the view! The host was very nice and friendly to communicate with. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Belize thanks to Eileen and her team. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive. The property was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location to enjoy everything Belize has to offer. Eileen and her team truly went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and relaxing, and their hospitality made the trip even more memorable. We really appreciated all of the local recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Belize and would happily return again in the future. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Aileen is an excellent host, with great communication. The staff on the property is very welcoming, Enrique stood out daily. The view from the rooftop is wonderful and was one of the best parts of the stay.

Aileen was an amazing host. She was super accommodating and responsive and helped us organize day trips. She also picked us up from the ferry when we arrived and organized a drop off. If we go back to San Pedro we will definitely be staying here.

Highly recommend staying at Aileen’s place. The whole team of staff made it an effortless stay and went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I (and three children) had an amazing experience. The place was immaculate, their response time to messages was very fast, the golf carts were great to get around and everything was right out the front door. We would love to return next year and make more memories!

Lovely stay at Aileen's! The staff were super helpful, the apartment was great, the pool and terrace upstairs were really nice for an evening chill, and all over we were very happy with our stay!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay! From the very beginning, communication with the host was clear and easy. They even arranged transportation to pick us up from the water taxi, and gave us a ride back when it was time to leave, such a thoughtful touch! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. We felt completely safe during our stay, and the place truly felt like a home away from home. Any time we had a question or needed something, they were just a message away and always quick to respond. They also have golf carts available on the premises, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, it was an amazing experience! 100/100 would recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Rei! The location was perfect for our family of 4. We were able to walk to a bakery and a supermarket, and then rented a golf cart to drive up and down the island for a few days. Secret Beach is a must! We stayed for the sunset one night, but beware! As soon as the sun sets, the mosquitoes come out like crazy! Get ready to run to your golf cart and drive out quick! Our hosts were super available and responsive. They even arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and take us to the ferry in Belize city and then picked us up at the ferry in San Pedro and took us straight to the Airbnb. They took the time to explain everything in the apartment and were always available whenever we needed them. The rooftop pool was great. There was such a wonderful breeze on the top of the hotel! The space was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here! The staff does an amazing job creating an excellent experience!

Aileen’s place was central to San Pedro. I visited family and it was convenient for us. Local stores and restaurants were at walking distance. Darwin was available and fast when requesting items for the Airbnb. Friendly and helpful staff.

I highly recommend this place. All of the other comments are true. The host are very accommodating from arranging transportation to the airport to helping you book their golf carts and the excursions. I would just recommend brining cash (usd or Belize) to help get better deals on tickets. The rooftop pool was very relaxing and the location is a great spot for many of the best restaurants. Everyone was very friendly and we are definitely booking here again on our next visit to San Pedro.
