First time In Costa Rica family trip with 10 people. Absolutely loved the property! Host and concierge services were excellent qnd responsive. Property location beautiful view. Pool and chairs for relaxing and conversation. Highly recommend! Will be back! Close great restaurants and tours. Big shoutout to pastry cr limo and tours !

We had a fantastic stay, all 11 of us. The place is great and views are amazing. Wouldn’t need to leave the place if we didn’t want to.

We had an absolutely wonderful week-long stay at Mar Vista! We went with a group of 12 friends and we were so comfortable in the house- there was enough space for the entire group, and every room felt private and comfortable. There were kids in our group and they loved swimming in the pool, and playing pool (billiards) too! Insider tip: bring flip flops for on the pool deck, it gets hot in the middle of the day. We didn’t use the large projector screen inside because we had perfect weather, but it would have been a great backup for rainy days. The house is conveniently located and we spent lots of time at Playa Hermosa, which is very laid back and has gentle water and great beach restaurants! We love Aquasport for group lunches- they have food for everyone and delicious drinks. Mar Vista was also a great jump off point for adventures! Our host suggested great hikes, surfing spots, jet skiing, and zip lining, all an easy drive from the house. We will most certainly be back!

Our stay at Chateau Mar Vista was by far the best air b&b experience we’ve had! The views are absolutely spectacular! It feels like you’re in a castle at the top of the hill! The place was spotless and inviting and the host was very responsive. The pool and amenities were all we needed for the perfect R&R vacation! We enjoyed working with the concierge to book experiences (highly recommend in-house massages and booking a private chef dinner at least once)! We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back!

Just finished a week stay with my wife, daughter and two set of grandparents. We all LOVED the space! This pictures are very accurate and the listing is exactly what you will get. The space is pristine and clean with tons of amenities (BBQ and laundry were a HUGE plus!) The location is fantastically private at almost the end of a mountain road with views for miles. The road to the unit can be a little daunting and a 4x4 is recommended. However during our stay crews were working on the road and I would expect improvements in the coming weeks/months. You are super close to multiple grocery stores with good selection (amazing selection if you go into Coco). There are three great beaches super close that we spent a lot of time at in the morning. Coco if you want busy with shops. The hosts even provided us with beach chairs, toys, and a cooler. Would recommend beach in the morning and then pool in the afternoon! Place was VERY safe and would definitely recommend.

The host was great, very responsive and super friendly! The property itself is incredible, the photos don’t do it justice - it’s a mansion! :) It’s so peaceful to sit out the back and look out over the stunning Costa Rica landscape! The pool and hot tub are amazing, and there’s so much to do in the area - quick drive to great restaurants, fishing and other activities… can’t wait to visit again!

Not many 6 bedroom options in this area, so we loved it for our group. Great view, extremely peaceful surroundings. Place matches description. Nearby beach is full of locals, not tourists. Will come again

This is the second time I stayed at Château Marvista and will definitely book it again. I absolutely love the house. I started each morning jumping in the pool before exploring what Guanacaste has to offer. The host is always responsive and has great recommendations.

Chateau Mar Vista is a fantastic stay, this is my second time there! It’s in a private community with a 24/7 guard at the gate at the bottom of the hill so feels very safe, and the drive up to the house, with its beautiful ocean views, is easy (just be sure to rent a SUV if you can). The house itself is fantastic, with AC units now in all the bedrooms and central air for the main spaces for comfort which was is all easy to use. The beaches of Hermosa, Coco, and Panama are all short drives away. This area seems to be really picking up steam with new restaurants and activities. Tyler and the Chateau team are highly responsive and happy to make recommendations. Definitely leverage them for making plans, whether that’s a fishing trip, ATVs, or whatever they have great guides they can hook you and your group up with. But just staying in the house, hanging in and around the awesome pool, and spending time with your group cooking or grilling food (there’s a grill by the pool) is great too.

We had an amazing stay at Chateau Mar Vista. The house manager and concierge were always very quick to respond to our inquiries. It was great to see all the wildlife all around the property. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Breathtaking views and incredible hosts and concierge. 9 of us celebrated a milestone birthday for my dad and had an amazing time. We would love to come back again.

Amazing home with breathtaking views. It is very secluded and private. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The highlight was a visit from a troop of howler monkeys in the trees in the front yard. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning home!!! breathtaking ocean views that make every moment feel surreal. The house itself is huge, beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. We loved the game room with pool table. Amazing value for everything it offers, highly recommended.

Breathtaking property and views. It’s about a ten minute ride from the street on a mostly unpaved uphill road and driving up, we weren’t sure what to expect. When we arrived with our five children, each of us was blown away. Over the course of the trip, a few appliances had issues. I’m not sure exactly how, but the management team for the property was on site in minutes with a fix, no matter the issue. This is why I gave five stars. The property is probably 4 or 4.5 stars but the team involved easily pushes this to a 5. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely visit again.

We had a beautiful stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was very private and quiet but the beaches were easily accessible by a short ride.

Rebecca was quick to answer the few questions we had. The place is beautiful, the view is breathtaking. It's near the hermosa beach that we finally got to see the howler monkeys. Playa del coco 15min By car. Lots of good restaurants, shops , nice festive atmosphere. You absolutely must have a car for this airbnb as the road to get there is very mountainous and winding. The castle is located in a private community, very safe. Very nice stay with friends. Thanks to the hosts.

The property was absolutely stunning. There was more than ample space with the guest house included. Rebeca - house manager and Bryan - concierge were very responsive and attended to the things we called them about immediately. Very kind and professional hosts. The excursions recommended were great and within budget.

Chateau Mar Vista was exactly as advertised. Beautiful property and a priceless view. Rebecca, met us at the office and provided a detailed tour upon arrival. The Zindi's host staff were amazing. From arranging transportation to and from the airport, a rental car at the property, excursions, Chef at Home dinner and groceries at the property upon arrival. Two excursions - Arenal Park (hanging bridges, La Fortuna Waterfall and hot springs) - amazing and Diamanté Eco Park Adventure Pass - also amazing. Transportation, guides and breakfast and lunch along the way. Our chef Andrey Marchena and his wife Mary were fantastic. The meal (Costa Rican Salad, Roasted Seabass and 3 leches cake) was for our anniversary and absolutely worth it. The road to the property is long and winding and you have to search a bit for private local beaches. Playa Penca (long walk) and Playa Buena (shaded, snorkeling, jet skis and massages) fit perfectly. Check out was simple. Perfect property perfect vacation.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking. It is a mansion villa at the top of the hill overlooking the pacific coast and papagayo peninsula. The villa is spacious, with more than enough room for our family of 13. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool and outdoor living areas, and the pool table and big screen projector were great. We can’t wait to come back!

The house is stunning, more than enough space for our party of 6! The pool and grounds were attended during the week. The house has the best view by far! House had all the amenities needed for the week and the ZINDIS group was a pleasure to work with 🫶🏼

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful. We had 3 kids and 7 adults and everyone had plenty of room. We all enjoyed the pool and gorgeous views. The management company was incredibly helpful and responsive. We used the chef one night and the meal was delicious. Playa Hermosa is a short drive away and beautiful. We ate at the restaurants on the beach while watching the sunset many nights. There were only two small issues - the 1st is that the air conditioning cannot keep up with the heat. The management company was super responsive in helping us maximize the air conditioning and even called an AC tech when the AC in the casita was broken. It was cool enough to survive but clearly the AC in the home needs updating. Also, there was only one smoke detector in the whole house (and I didn’t see a carbon monoxide detector). I usually wouldn’t notice this but it is the end of dry season and there were wildfires all around us. Overall, the stay was delightful. I highly recommend.

We had a great time at Chateau Mar Vista. After a 12 hour travel day, it was nice finding a place near the beach that was within 30 mins of the airport. The beach conditions in Costa Rica vary but Playa Hermosa is the perfect spot for a family vacation - the sand is soft, there are palm trees providing tons of shade, you can get a lounge chair once you buy a drink from one of the 2 hotels, and there are locals offering all sorts of beach and water activities. The house itself is massive and very well kept. It is an Air BNB so there are always a few quirks such as warped cabinets, but overall the place is as beautiful as advertised. The pool was well maintained, the AC provided some relief from the brutal heat (don’t expect 70 degrees), and the bedrooms were comfortable. Communication with management staff was seamless. The only warning is make sure you have a capable SUV, preferably manual transmission, to get up the hill to the house. It is steep and windy.

Gorgeous house and views all around. Excellent layout with spacious rooms and high ceilings, and fully stocked with everything we could have needed.   House was very comfortable with good AC throughout. Our group really enjoyed the large indoor/outdoor communal space and amenities (pool, billiards, outdoor BBQ and bar).  It felt like our own private resort in a secluded paradise, yet with easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants.  The concierge services were a big plus.  We especially enjoyed the nearby beach Playa Hermosa and renting jet skis and a catamaran for the day. This is easily the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve done many.   Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This rental is gorgeous! Perched up on a hill overlooking the ocean. Positives: The pool is lovely, there is a hot tub (and way to heat it, put the jets on for several hours). A BBQ to use. Lots of space for a group to gather together but also have privacy. Lots of kitchen appliances & dishware. The views are stunning. Most rooms have their own private bathrooms. Separate "Casita" with 2 bedrooms & shared bathroom. Worked great for 4 couples & 2 singles for us. Things to note: The road up to the house is about 10min drive on a windy road. So it's not walkable to the beach, but a 10-15 min drive and you can make it to a beach nearby. This does make it very private! During our visit it was very hot (95F) the AC worked well in the basement, the casita, and ground level - but make sure to keep doors closed on 2nd floor bedrooms. Some in our group wanted it cooler. Keep food contained to prevent pests from coming in. Overall highly recommend. Was a wonderful week for our group.

Our family had an absolutely fantastic two-day stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness of the place. It easily accommodated our entire family and could comfortably fit many more, making it perfect for hosting gatherings or simply spreading out and relaxing. The location was superb, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. Plus, the views were absolutely stunning, especially during the evening when we could watch the sunset over the ocean. Cleanliness was definitely a highlight. The place was spotless, and the bathrooms were modern and beautiful. It's clear that the hosts take great care in ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the best features of this Airbnb was its proximity to the beach. Just a short 5-10 minute drive away, we were able to spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful coastline. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing.

A very beautiful and well-built house. Clearly, the original owner’s attention to detail, quality, and charm is omnipresent. The main house is very spacious, clean and beautiful, with breathtaking views. A little quality TLC would make this place perfect! The hot tub only heats when the pool isn’t running. Start running the hot tub around 2pm if you want to use it by 10pm. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions or problems. The casita is not as nice as the main house, but was perfect for our guys in their 20’s to have their own space. The drive up and down to the property is steep with potholes and takes about 15 minutes from the main road, so plan accordingly. They offer an option to have groceries delivered before you arrive. That would be a good idea since it’s quite a drive to the store. One tour we highly recommend is the La Leona waterfall hike. It was amazing! Playa Hermosa beach is beautiful and quiet with trees for shade. We would love to return.

Great spot to stay with kids and family. We had three families all with young kids under 5yrs old. Pool was shaded during the day which was perfect for the kids. Hosts were very attentive and quick to respond when needed! Weather was perfect in January (hot out, lots of breeze, zero bugs). We opted to have daily housekeeping (additional cost) but worth every penny. They were incredible. Have a plan for quick transportation to and from the beach, as it is on the top of a massive hill and some Uber cars cannot make it up to the top. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!!

Our stay at Chateau Mar Vista was better than we hoped. Rebecca, Bryan and the staff were very helpful and informative. The views from the pool were fabulous and we didn't want to leave. We hope to be back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bryan and Marlon were incredibly friendly and responsive. Beautiful property and breathtaking views. Plenty of space for our party of 7 ladies! Amenities - everything you could ask for and more! The karaoke machine may or may not was our favorite. There were a few minor maintenance issues but all items were immediately resolved upon expressing our concerns. Great recommendations for our Vandara and boating excursions - some of the best memories of our trip! Our first night, we went to Cafe de Coco down at Coco Beach. Beautiful, food was great, but unfortunately, we were taken advantage of. Our bill equated to $80USD/person and they refused to itemize and split the charges individual tickets. We’ll own that as our error - not the property manager’s fault. Overall, we would absolutely stay again! Thank you to Marlon and team for the hospitality and hand in creating one of our favorite vacations!

Chateau MarVista was absolutely amazing. Our group of friends stayed at the property and was hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. I can’t say enough about this property! We immediately were impressed by the stunning views and the spaciousness of the property. Pictures just don’t do it justice! The outdoor amenities (beautiful pool, outdoor bar and grill, lounge chairs, sound system, colorful lighting around the landscape) were perfect for our group, and we particularly enjoyed lounging at the pool in the afternoons and the spectacular sunsets. The property is tucked away in a private, gated community, and felt like a real getaway. The house was fully appointed with everything we needed. The house manager was responsive, friendly and professional. The concierge team was also fantastic, arranging for jet skis, massages, catamaran tour, and a private chef dinner for our group. This was 5 star experience and can’t wait to bring my family down here for another stay!

There is not enough positive adjectives to describe how incredible this place is. Pulling up to the place, I actually questioned if it was real. The view once walking in was absolutely unreal and the big windows fill every ounce of space on the wall facing the ocean. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and incredible views and with 8 of us staying, we had more than enough room, some of us even had 2-3 beds to choose from. The kitchen was big enough for everyone to cook and state of the art.The villa is so big, I don’t even think I spent time in more than 50% of the house. The pool was beautiful and any issues we had were handled within the hour. We had a concierge who did everything for us including delivering Taco Bell (still hot) from an hour away. This has been the best Airbnb experience I have ever had and I’ve done quite a few. I will 100% book this place again but would love to stay for a longer amount of time. If you’re thinking of booking here, just do it, it’s beyond worth it.

Absolutely amazing stunning beautiful villa. Fully equipped as described , we had a party of 10 and the large space provided felt like we were never on top of one another . The views are to die for. We had a couple of minor issues we raised but Jose & Alex and they responded quickly to out requests. Alex recommended the private chef experience and OMG this was amazing. Jose & Alex thank you so much for the great service you both provided! We will be back

We cannot say enough about this amazing home and the host! We stayed for 8 nights and had the most amazing time! The pics of the house don’t do it justice. The rooms and furnishings are stunning and spacious. We’ll-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, the pool was clean and cool. There were tons of games and the pool table was a bonus in the evenings. Alex was the best host we’ve ever experienced and arranged everything without us having to lift a finger. He pre-stocked the house for us, arranged transportation when we wanted to go explore, and offered tons of excursion options for our group of 10. The staff Linsey and Jose were so friendly and professional! We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Spectacular views of Papagayo Bay were exactly as advertised. Lots to do within a 90 minute drive. Home was stunning and accommodated our party of 8 adults very well. Few minor annoyances could easily be addressed (wished the outdoor spa had warm water). Our hosts, Alex and Jose were readily available. Lindsy, our house cleaner, was there daily to keep things spic and span. All in all, it’s an amazing property and we’ll definitely be coming back!

This was a beautiful home. It's a good 45 minute walk to a restaurant or beach however, well worth the walk. Jose, our physical host, was extremely responsive and gave us rides several times. He also arranged for another relative of his to give us rides. He was very responsive and proactive. I would very much recommend getting a rental car for ease of transportation and day trips. The home is spectular! Alex, our virtual host, was responsive and handled all issues promptly. Lindsy, our housekeeper, was just a delight. She helped with our 6 month old, cleaned each day and was so friendly and really nice. We communicated well with a translator app.

I can’t say enough about the personal care provided to us by Alex, Jose, and their team. First, Jose met us at Pricesmart, a Costco look alike membership store, to allow us access for grocery shopping. He stayed while we shopped, then loaded the groceries in his vehicle and lead us to the Chateau and personally walked us through the entire home to ensure we had all our questions answered. We were provided all the facility remotes and access codes to gates, garage and doors. The key element of the entire team was to ensure our comfort and happiness, meeting our needs. Alex would respond at all hours to any questions or requests via What’s Ap. Jose set us up with 3 trips: fishing, scuba/snorkel, and sunset cruise. All experiences were exceptional, the staff for each were professional, experienced, friendly, and enjoyable company. If staying at Chateau, look for the Hermosa Liceroria on the right(NW) and the 3 gates into Mar Vista are directly across the road on the left. Love it!

This house is as described and more. So spacious, housekeeping service every day if desired. Everything you need in kitchen to cook a meal with the exception of condiments. Pool toys for the kids. With a house this size there are going to be a few glitches but Alex & Jose, our concierge & assistant were on it. Each time we had a problem or needed advice they provided it in a very timely manner. This was a Christmas week stay and we had lost luggage. Delta was no help at all. Alex managed to get the bags delivered within a few hours of our call to him. Still don't know how but he is a magician. We had a chef in on two occasions to cook for us, the food was exceptional as were all the tours Alex set us up on. I would highly recommend Chateau MarVista for your stay in beautiful Costa Rica.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Mar Vista for a week with our family of 8. We were sad to leave and would love to return someday! Alex, the house concierge, messaged us about a week in advance with lots of great information about the house, area, restaurant recommendations and activity referrals. He was very responsive and answered any questions we had the entire trip. He coordinated the meet up upon our arrival with Jose, the house manager, to give us the property tour. Check in process was very smooth. Jose was wonderful the entire trip being the feet on the ground and taking care of any issues we had very promptly. The maid service was an extra added treat we weren’t expecting and they did a great job of cleaning daily. A few things went wrong but they were handled reasonably. The monkeys woke us up early one morning and then moved on thankfully! The pool is refreshing and the home is great for large families! Plenty of space to relax and stretch out! Wifi was great too!

The home was beautiful. Once we booked the home the owner provided us with Alex, our concierge, number and he helped plan everything on the trip. He was such a pleasure to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our driver, Renee, was also soooo helpful. He was also a gem to have with us. The home has 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms upstairs all had An amazing view and one bedroom with bathroom on the first floor. There’s two bedrooms and 1.5 baths in the guest home which also has a small kitchen and living area.

My family stayed at Chateau Mar Vista with another family for about a week in August. First off, I loved Costa Rica in August! Coming from California where I haven’t seen rain in a lonnnng time, let alone that torrential downpour, I felt glee at the opportunity to enjoy the rain in the afternoons. The house was liked by all - we were 6 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 infants. It was big enough where we all felt like we had our privacy but could congregate in the kitchen/living room area or by the pool. The pool area was beautiful and the water very nice. My 10 month old couldn’t get enough and it was lovely to see everyone enjoy themselves. That being said, please remember that you’re in the middle of lush greenery, so the insects around are appropriate: wasps, we saw a scorpion, beetles, etc. They didn’t deter from the trip, once they were taken care of.. we also had a bit of trouble getting there - the villa was right across “Imperial” store, although the descriptions weren’t so clear. Maybe providing a video on how to access the property might be helpful. The last thing that could’ve made it better was more attention to details - some appliances stopped working, or were not working properly, or started/stopped working. Once the inside of the house is reflective of the gargantuan property and energy, I think you can truly thoroughly enjoy it. Lastly, we had the pleasure of meeting Marlon who was the house keeper, and helped by him everyday. He went above and beyond in making sure our stay was comfortable. He also helped me find a nanny who helped with the three kids for a great price, and great care and service. We will miss him and our nanny, and would love to see them again, when we return. Thank you for everything!

I cannot say enough about how fabulous this house was. Honestly the pictures on the site do not do it any justice. I travel a lot and it was truly one of the most magical places I’ve ever stayed. The master suite is amazing. The views are beautiful. We had so much fun cooking in the beautiful kitchen. So many amenities, lots of space. The hosts were responsive whenever we had a small issue or request. I am looking forward to bringing my family back here!

Most Beautiful Place Ever

This was my second visit in two months and it was even better than the first visit. I think we rushed the first time were at the villa. This time we were able to relax a little more and enjoy the pool and the Jacuzzi. We had a chef come out and cooked an awesome dinner for us. We had a lot of options to choose from on his menu. We plan on visiting the villa again and next time I plan using the hammock and cooking on the grill. LOL!!! P.S. Alex and Marlon are great people to deal with.

This house is amazing it’s really big and comfortable. We had everything we need it to have an amazing time. The cleaning crew came every day to clean the house for us.they even did a diner for all the ladies as a request from our husbands the dinner was amazing and delicious. Alex and Giselle were amazing host always available to help they even send me messages to make sure everything was good and to ask if need it anything and I really appreciated. We are definitely going back next time with our kids. we we’re a group of 12 and had a lot space for everyone. Thank you Alex and Giselle 😊

Great house with an amazing view that never gets old. The house is close to shops and restaurants and the beach. Would definitely rent again

The Chateau Mar Vista is beautiful! It looks like the pictures. We stayed for one week and I would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb. The spaces were clean and had almost everything that you could think of to make for a comfortable stay. The communication was impeccable. The owner was very responsive. I also recommend booking services with Alex and his team. We weren’t quite sure what we wanted to do in Costa Rica, but Alex was able to help us figure out a great schedule that allowed us to do different activities and also relax during our stay. We booked a personal driver and horseback riding tour with Alex. The prices were fair and comparable to what is paid for these services. I highly recommend booking with Alex!

This place was amaaaaazing! It was beautiful, you really can’t go wrong renting it out. There were 10 of us, so spacious with more than enough room. Comfortable beds, a bathroom in every room. And don’t even get me started with the pool and view. Was stunning, I’d rent again in a heartbeat!

Overall a great stay at Chateau Mar Vista. The host and owner were very responsive and helpful. The worst part was finding a taxi to get us up and down the hill and the howler monkeys in the morning. But thats still not that bad. This place is fun and had everything you needed. Thank you for the great stay.

I can describe this villa in a few words “Beautiful, Awesome, and Totally Awesome”. There were four of us and we were driven from downtown San Jose to this luxurious villa in Guanacaste. The best part of the trip for me was everyone’s facial expression when we arrived. They asked me to make the reservation for trip, so no one knew where we were staying except the driver. We entered through the garage level and when they saw the pool, jacuzzi, and patio they all smiled and were happy like children. When we went to the main level all of our mouth’s dropped open. Marlon showed us where a few things were and took us out on the patio off the kitchen, where we could enjoy the view. My friend and I stayed in the master bedroom and it’s huge. The walk in closet is very nice and the bathroom is very big as well. The other rooms on the top level are big as well and you can enjoy the hammock as well. On the main level we enjoyed Netflix, Prime and Apple TV. All of us loved the kitchen. Since all of us can cook we took turns cooking on the island and had blast cooking different meals. Working with Alex was a pleasant experience. Even if you don’t know what you want to do Alex helps by sending a lot of suggestions, so you can make a decision. He scheduled a massage for the four of us the day after we arrived. The two massage therapists came out to the villa and setup by the pool and we had couples massages for 90 minutes. The women were very nice and the man who worked with them and drove them out to the villa spoke very good English (I wish I could remember his name). The massage therapists did a very good job with deep tissue massages. They are very nice women and collectively the three of them are very professional. Our last day we decided to go ATV riding in Coco, then visit Playa Conchal for a few hours, and finish the evening with dinner in Tamarindo. Thankfully we had a driver, because it was very nice, long, and beautiful day. The best part was it was my friend’s birthday and she loved every minute of her birthday. Please book this place. The only negative experience you can have is if you don’t stay for enough days.

Beautiful villa at the top of a mountain road, last house on the street and so secluded. My wife & I had our honeymoon and we’re blown away by the view and the services provided by Alex. Any questions, dinner reservations, no longer than 5 minute reply. 10/10.

We were a family of 8 that stayed at Chateau Mar Vista. The house was beautiful and spacious . The view is amazing. A family emergency happened while we were on vacation and we are so thankful to Alex who helped us out. He was there to talk to us morning , noon or night. He is very much an asset to the rental of this house.

Awesome villa at a fantastic location. Was perfect for our group of 12. Great views from all rooms and pool. Alex was great managing all our activities and travel arrangements. Go for it.

One word to describe this place….magical! The house is gorgeous with unparalleled views. Our group had plenty of space and loved all of the amenities this house offers. Alex and Norvin were amazing with coordinating all the extras on-site. Exceptional service and incredibly responsive to meet our every need! We travel often and Alex was the best concierge we have worked with by far. He connected us with a phenomenal chef for special meals and an amazing cook for breakfast as a more cost effective choice (wish we would have brought her in for dinner too at least once). Alex was also extremely helpful with arranging all of our transportation and excursions. The quality of transports was top notch, timely as well as super accommodating if we needed to make extra stops. Alex also helped us charter a private catamaran out of Playa Flamingo for a day on the water and sunset cruise that was the highlight of our trip! We definitely recommend a day on the Bali with Manta Ray Charters. It was about 40 minutes to the marina but well worth the ride. Our favorite beach spot ended up being just down the hill at Aquasport in Playa Hermosa. Fantastic beach access with free chairs, shade, and full service restaurant/bar. They played great music all day, kept the drinks flowing and made us feel so welcome. It became our home away from home. You do need transportation to get there, and basically anywhere outside of the gated neighborhood. The house is perched up on a hillside, which makes for stellar views and a secluded vibe, but you cannot easily walk down to the beach or town. We liked the secluded vibe so it was perfect for us since Alex set-up private transportation the whole time which was very reasonably priced for the quality and allowed our entire group to ride together. Covid testing was required to come home so he set that up at our house as well. It was an extremely easy process and we had results on same day thanks to Alex! We also have to give love to Norvin….he was a phenomenal house manager and made sure we wanted for nothing! He stocked the house with groceries prior to our arrival but was more than happy to make some additional runs to the store for anything else we needed. We wanted pizza on the fly and Norvin easily made it happen. He planned cleaning services around our excursions to make sure we always came home to a clean house with fresh towels. Although no staff actually live on site it did not feel that way with the level of service they provided. It was the best of both worlds! This was definitely one of our favorite vacations and we can’t wait to come back again and live that Pura Vida life at Chateau Mar Vista!!

Chateau Mar Vista is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed. The place is truly breathtaking and all I could have hoped for. The communication is impeccable and Alex and his crew are so helpful and can assist you with anything you will need. Book this place ASAP! You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend setting up a sunset massage out of the deck over looking the water!

Top notch property, pictures do not do it justice. As a family of 7 ranging from 17 to 60+ we all had an incredible time and found it to be the perfect getaway home. Kai the host and his team are the best. Highly recommended, amazing views and location. Gated community for safety, legendary stay

Wow I don’t even know where to start with Chateau Mar Vista. If you’re in love with this property, wait till you see it in person. The views are breathtaking, the space is pristine, and the service is spectacular.

My stay at Chateau Mar Vista was exceptional. They accommodated me beyond my expectations and were so quick to respond and help me when needed. My boyfriend and I decided to be spontaneous and book a trip less than 24 hours notice and the owners were so sweet In giving us a massive discount and making us feel super comfortable. I will definitely be booking another trip back here for more than a night. It’s a true vacation and felt like paradise. The views are insane and I’ll be dreaming of coming back here soon. Don’t even question booking your next trip here, just do it.
