We had such a wonderful stay! 🤍 The house is beautiful, comfortable, and surrounded by so much nature. We especially loved the pool — it’s absolutely gorgeous and was definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay! We also got to see so many animals around the property, which made the experience even more special. It’s a beautiful place to relax, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with family. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway. We would love to come back! 🌿✨

Casa Cecilia is, without a doubt, the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in—and my entire family agrees! Even my mom and daughter absolutely LOVED it. The house is beautiful and comfortable, but the views and wildlife make this place truly unforgettable. We had breathtaking 180-degree views of the ocean and jungle. We saw howler and capuchin monkeys, including an entire family! The howlers stayed in the trees near the house for an entire day, and we saw hundreds of birds and so many different species. The master bathroom shower, with its glass wall overlooking the jungle, was incredible—you literally feel like you are showering in the rainforest! You do need a 4x4 to get there, but it is absolutely worth every penny and every minute of the drive. This place felt like our own private piece of paradise. We loved every second of our stay and are already talking about coming back. If you are considering booking Casa Cecilia, DO IT! You will not regret it!

We had a wonderful week at Casa Cecelia! The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and we enjoyed being able to grill out a couple of nights. Massi gave very helpful, detailed instructions and everything was just as described. Mornings on the patio were lovely and we enjoyed listening to the Toucans and viewing all the various birds. Casa Cecilia is in a great location; there was no shortage of things to do during our week-long stay. We hiked in the jungle and visited the beaches that we suggested by Massi, as well as visited the local wildlife refuge. There is no shortage of restaurants with delicious foods nearby, either! Thanks again, we definitely would visit again in the future!

Very beautiful place

Views are infinite and the house couldn’t be more perfect. Tucked off of the main road up in the jungle of Uvita but close enough to explore all the town has to offer. You’ll feel like you have complete privacy once you enter the gate. This place is spectacular and I will definitely be back.

One of the most beautiful views!! The pool and outdoor space is also great, our kids so enjoyed it! The house is very comfortable and so well located.

Beautiful house in a great location for a good price. This place fit our needs perfectly. There is a lot to do and Dominical and Uvita are both close by with many activities and superb restaurants.

We loved our stay. Host was super helpful and communicative. It is an epically gorgeous place with huge trees around and wild life every day. Definitely would come back.

Casa Cecilia is a gem! Such a beautiful oasis with lots of privacy and an excellent ocean/jungle view. The setting did not disappoint as we experienced lots of wildlife - a large troop of monkeys, a coati, and toucans, all from the backyard!!! We even spotted a spectacled owl on our way up to the Casa! Adriano could not have been more gracious as he met us at the casa when we arrived a little early. He walked us through all of the security systems and was so apologetic as he explained that the clothes dryer had broken during the previous stay. When a replacement part could not be found, he purchased a new dryer and had it delivered and installed before our stay was complete! We definitely recommend Casa Cecilia to anyone who is interested in a wonderful experience and true Costa Rican hospitality!

Casa Cecilia is a beautiful older home. Tastefully decorated along with a lot of extra amenities, like beach chairs, a large cooler, umbrellas, spices for cooking, coffee, yoga mats, beach & pool towels and a lot of nice outdoor furniture. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The best feature of this home is the unforgettable sunsets that we enjoyed every night! I think I took 100 photos! Our host was also very responsive & getting in the gate is not as complicated as it sounds. A few things to mention, this casa is on a steep hillside, walk ability is extreme, but we did it. Also the traffic going up & down the road is quite loud, notably much less on the weekends. The pool is incredible, and we did go in every day, but it was cold, compared to the very warm ocean. The little grocery store & restaurant up the hill are very convenient & high end. These issues were mild inconveniences & didn’t detract from the great time we had at Casa Cecilia!

Casa Cecilia is a beautiful villa in idyllic surroundings, with stunning views! Great amenities and although it’s tucked away in the hills, there is a fabulous restaurant, cafe and shop within a minute walk. Highly recommended!
