Great experience from start to finish! The property was spotless, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was ideal and it had everything you needed for a carefree stay. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, and he was always willing to help. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay! The house itself was comfortable, well stocked, and clean. The neighborhood it is in feels safe and has a lot to do with restaurants and a beach on site!

The property is amazing. It is very well thought out, and you can enjoy it a lot without having to go out. Only a few adjustments are needed: 1) The pots and pans are in very poor condition. 2) The grill requires cleaning and maintenance, and it is difficult to light. 3) The beds in the 3rd bedroom are not very comfortable. The mattress sinks in a lot.

Juan was a great host and his private villa was the best get away from the city. It’s peaceful and quiet and felt safe. Juan was also very response and courteous throughout the entire trip. He also provided us a Chef that made great meals for us! Most beautiful Villa I’ve seen. Now our expectations have been set higher thanks to Juan. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Juan's place was large with plenty of space for everyone and generally comfortable. Everyone loved the pool. Quite a bit of updating required though: beds were pretty good, but other furniture was quite worn and outside there were very few comfortable seats and no cushions for the loungers - we had to repurpose other cushions. Also no umbrella like in the photos. When we arrived the pool was dirty, a shower was broken, and other amenities were missing. Juan responded and addressed those items, but it was half way through our stay. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a working dishwasher and with 8 people eating and a hired chef coming in to cook meals, that meant we had a lot of dishes to wash by hand - not something we anticipated spending our vacation doing. This place could be a real gem if only some time was spent fixing it up and replacing some older furniture. It served its purpose, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, nor do I think we would go back.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband, 4 kids and our parents. There was lots of space for all of us. We especially loved the pool and outdoor area. There were some minor issues (no water at times, hot tub started emptying, ants in one of the rooms), but they were resolved relatively quickly. Juan helped us coordinate hiring a cook, which made our trip very relaxing for all of us … and the food was amazing! The home is in a pretty quiet spot, and we were glad we had a vehicle to visit Anton and go take family surf lessons. A very memorable, enjoyable vacation for all of us!

Great stay for 3 families. The house is even more spacious than in the photos; the pool is spectacular. Everything is designed to allow you to enjoy the outdoors during your stay. Several beaches are 15–30 minutes away by car, but the beach next door is also very beautiful; you can take long walks! Juan was quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be back!

The house itself was gorgeous, although they advertise a swimming pool, it’s not until you scroll down that you find out that you have to spend $50 a day to have it heated. Never have I ever gotten in a swimming pool that was advertised that was cold , very shady way of doing business in my opinion. It would be one thing to say that we didn’t have hot water for five days. But to say we didn’t have ANY water for four out of five days is unacceptable. At one point, we were jumping in the cold swimming pool, getting out washing our bodies, and jumping back into rinse. Hopefully someone that has some type of authority and compassion for the people that spend over $500 a day renting this home, offer some type of compensation and feedback. I’d really like to see what they have to say or more importantly do! I think some type of compensation is in order, wouldn’t you?

This home is beautiful. The location is fantastic so many great things to see and do in the area. The house itself is very large open and inviting. The pool and outdoor kitchen are amazing. It was the perfect place for a family of 10 to really enjoy a great couple of weeks. Highly recommend. Amazing host as well. Can’t say enough about our fantastic trip.

The place is definitely a spectacle. Excellent spaces, there were 3 families and we were comfortable with all the amenities. The house is perfect and the hosts are always making sure that the stay is cozy. Highly recommended.
