Fantastic place and central location. It was the perfect base for a relaxed family vacation in one of Costa Rica’s best spots. We absolutely loved being in the heart of Santa Teresa; highly recommended for families looking to unwind.

The house is simply amazing, and the pool area is exceptional. The beds are super comfortable. Everything was super clean. Milena was friendly and communicative.

An amazing place, unbelievably beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable, the pool is great, the sunsets are incredible, the sun sets right in front of the property, and it's close to the best beach.

The place is amazing! The view to the ocean and the sunset is incredible! At night, we could see some stars if not too cloudy! The housekeeper and concierge were nice. I would recommend the place anytime. Note that there is no dishwasher or washer for the clothes, but you can ask to have it clean if needed (with the housekeeper). I was being mindful and only ask for one piece since I didn’t want to overload the cleaner. The housekeeper is also doing the dishes, which helps us in checking out without any worries. And Milena was incredible the whole time we stay at the villa! Always responsive and made sure that everything was spick and span. A nice place!

We stayed at Lee's place with my family of 4 girls, from 3 to 15. The trip was beyond wonderful, honestly I don't think it could have been better. The only thing that you need to prepare yourself for is that to get the views that come with this home, you need to have a 4x4 vehicle or 4x4s, which is how we chose to travel. The conceige took care of everything from pick up to 4x4 rentals. Everyone was amazing!!

The place is just like in the photos, super spacious even for the 8 people who went, the road to the place is a bit steep but with a car that has 4-wheel drive and is high enough, it was not necessary to use the double traction, at least not in summer. The house was very clean and we really liked the pool and the view. The only point that I would see to improve is the issue of privacy, we had a cleaning lady from 9 am to almost 4 pm, and well, although the cleaning is appreciated, it was also strange to have someone unknown there who was everywhere.

A spectacular house with a beautiful view of the beach. A quiet and safe place. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very well-equipped kitchen and very good social area with a ranch and BBQ in perfect condition. They clean and change towels daily, which was an excellent touch.

Honestly, the most beautiful house I've ever seen. Super spacious, a spectacular sunset view, divine grill and pool I would definitely have it back
