Ute

Ute's place is aptly named ~ it's truly magical! The space exceeded expectations in beauty and ambience. We only stayed for one night but would have been more than comfortable had we stayed longer. We caught the sunset at Playa Las Lajas, well-guided by our hosts recommendations on how to get there and where to park. We settled back for the evening in our spacious room with attached patio, with plenty of privacy. We awoke to the sweet sound of bird songs and were served a delightful fresh breakfast beside hummingbirds and flowers with a view overlooking the mountains. Highly recommend staying if you're in the area!

The place leaves nothing to be desired. It is quiet, clean and the breakfast is really good. We also received great tips for activities and restaurants from the owner. Overall it was a great stay and we can recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at Ute. Room was perfect, clean, comfortable, lovely view and breakfast was amazing. Hosts are very friendly as well as their dogs and cats Las Lajas has still a kind of laid back feeling and the beach was awesome. We will be back.

The magic mountain lodge is indeed "magical". We had a pleasant stay, Ute and her spouse are so nice, the nearby beach is beautiful, large and quiet. The restaurant recommendations were very good! Favorite for this village and this accommodation, thank you!!

Beautiful, well-kept accommodation, very nice hosts and the breakfast was sumptuous and delicious.

The bed and breakfast can only be recommended. The rooms were very clean and there was everything you needed. Beautiful terrace in the countryside and the pool invites you to splash. The hosts are very friendly and told us a lot about Panama and gave us helpful tips. Breakfast was very varied and super delicious. Thank you. We will be happy to come back 🙂

Host was great, very helpful and kind. The room and balcony are very spacious and comfortable, is bigger than in the photos. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the large covered outdoor patio with beautiful view. Ute serves her guests well and puts a lot of care and attention in the details. We highly recommend Ute and Ingo's place.

With Ute and Ingo, we immediately welcomed ourselves and felt at home. Everything was picobello, amenities high quality and new, bed very comfortable, beautiful bathroom, very spacious. We were delighted with a high level of cleanliness. We will miss the delicious breakfast every morning, as will the two of us. There's a beautiful garden, a pool, an outstanding view of the countryside, and the mountains. You don't want to go again. So decide for this little oasis, you will not regret it at all. We had a beautiful one night stay. The room was clean and very stylish. Ute was very friendly and helpful. She accommodated for a vegan breakfast. Me and my wife highly recommend a stay with her.

A super comfy and nice place to stay, other people said, it is a pity to only stay one day, and they are right, so I added one more day and could have stayed longer!

We felt very comfortable with Ute and Ingo. The room was very clean, the surroundings well maintained with beautiful garden. Delicious breakfast with many fruits. In the morning we were allowed to open a coconut from the garden and eat it, yummie!

We were received very friendly. We enjoyed the room very much. Very comfortable, very clean and tasteful. We always had very close contact with Ute and Ingo during our stay. Thanks to their good tips, we were able to experience a lot in Las Jajas and surroundings. Everything was perfect. We would have loved to stay longer. Therefore, an absolute recommendation... actually a must to stop there. Should we travel to Panama again, then certainly also to Ute and Ingo 🥰

Magic Mountain Lodge was a perfect stop for us as we were making our way across country. We only stayed one night because we thought it would be a way fair, but it was so marvelous that I was sorry to leave. Sitting outside on our private balcony was such a treat. After a hot day of walking and driving the small swimming pool was magnificent, and fun to watch the hummingbirds in the bushes from it. The included breakfast was delicious. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

I recommend … We got a normal 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom. A clean, beautiful garden with hummingbirds. Tasty breakfast and lovely Host🙏😊❤️️? Good price , close to Las Lajas .
