Stay with Anthony

My partner and I stayed for a month in the main house, and we wish we could have stayed more. Anthony’s mom is warm, kind and thoughtful and her hospitality reflects that. Her family is also lovely and we enjoyed our time with everyone. The location is convenient even without a car. There’s a close by bus station and Uber, a Walmart, a fruit and veggie stand, butcher/mini grocery within 10/20 minutes walking. The house is quiet, clean and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals and it was easy sharing space with the family. We are bird watchers, and were thrilled to see so many species in the backyard and just short walks away. The dogs and horses love attention and we were more than happy to shower them with love. We are animal people and they were a huge incentive for us booking. 10/10 would book again. Pura Vida!

Anthony's farm is super on the western outskirts of San Isidro el General. The property is large and my room is perfect for 1-2 people. The city is a good 20-minute walk away or you can take an Uber. The bathroom is clean, shower very nice, everything tip top. The best: Breakfast!!! Pinto with scrambled eggs, coffee and even pejibaye cooked by the mom. Would recommend staying there to anyone

Anthony is an excellent host along with his mother, friendly, attentive and the beautiful house. The place is in a very quiet area, close to basic amenities such as malls and restaurants.

We had booked a couple of rooms inside Tony's house. Upon arrival and by a reasonable difference we decided to accept staying in a more private apartment, separate from the house. A very spacious and quiet place, with all the comforts, with a sleeping area with two beds on the top and an additional room down. Tony is an excellent host, very helpful and friendly. The place is very well located, in a quiet neighborhood not far from San Isidro and close to commercial spaces and places to eat. Highly recommended

Beautiful house, beautiful view on the mountains, cute Ponies, really nice nature. Anthony was super friendly and made it possible for our girls to ride. Would definitely recommend it!

Anthony is a super nice host. The farm is amazing with lots of opportunities for young children to ride ponies and experience what it is like to live in Tico culture. Very conveniently located and very secure. A wonderful gracious family.Must be a dog lover.

The accommodation is perfect to rest in a quiet atmosphere, and with activities nearby. (Shops, restaurants,etc.) Antony's family is very social, and helpful. Animal lovers so it was a plus as we brought the pet no problem.
