Andre’s house and cottage are amazing. We had an amazing time during our stay. The location and the surrounding are fantastic. Lorenzo was also a great help, cleaning the house and setting up the terrace every day. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a house right on the beach with an amazing pool and view!

Seven family members, ages 2 to 68 spent a beautiful week here. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is wonderful and the grounds are paradise. It is extremely private and remote yet we felt completely safe. The caretaker lives on the front of the property. A four minute walk out the side gate and you are on the beach. Virtually private all week. The caretaker Lorenzo is a fine man. A hard worker, a wonderful cook and even did the kids’ laundry. He went out at 12:15 am to help find the Delta agent who got lost trying to deliver our delayed bags. He replaced towels, made our beds every day, kept the house clean and swept and was so pleasant. He also cooked our breakfast and lunch. The infinity pool is fabulous with a view of the ocean and sounds of the waves below. The separate small house is 50 ft. from the main house and offers privacy for a couple - we as the eldest enjoyed it at the end of a long day with family. Could not more highly recommend this home. I cant' say enough great things about this place. It's a paradise. The photos don't do it justice. And Lorenzo and Villian are the best part! Perfect for families. Would go back again and again. Thanks for the memories!

We were a family of ten, three generations, youngest 15 years old. I took a poll at the end of our five-day stay. “When can we come back?” Favorites were the thoroughly beloved house and cottage with the owners primitive art pieces, the infinity pool, and beautiful view of the ocean right below. Walks along the ocean at sunset at the crossroads of a river. Not least was the caretaker/mayordomo who made sure we had all we needed and cooked lovely breakfasts, and upon special request, grilled two of our dinners. Good to have a car for ocassional 15 min drives to ample supermarkets, wine stores, cafes, in nearby, bustling Coronado. Overall rustic, natural, peaceful bit of heaven. We want to come back.

Home is right in front of the Pacific ocean. Amazing view from the infiniti pool. Laurenzo who is taking care of the home is friendly and helpful and prepares fantastic breakfast and lunches. So nice when once is on vacation to fully enjoy the stay. San Jose is a 10' away from the shopping centers of San Coronado which is quite convenient. Panama City is an hour away. The place is great for a relaxing time. Andres the owner is very responsive even if he doesn't live on the premises. We would definitely recommend the place.

If you're looking for a relaxing get away, this is your place. My co-workers and I wanted a short vacation from our busy work schedule, so we extended a work trip to enjoy Andre's beautiful home. Everything you're reading is true; however, I would argue that the pictures don't do the experience justice. This location is INCREDIBLE: close proximity to stores, walking distance to beach, walking trails, near Valle de Anton. Lorenzo manages the property and does a wonderful job at it, not to mention he is wonderful at cooking. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did. We all wished we could stay just a little longer.

perfect place to stay. beautiful house , huge garden, great outdoors and views. you feel at home with Lorenzo taking great care of the house, the guests and breakfast and lunch. Ask him to get you fish and seafood from local fishermen. Lorenzo can even organize a transfer to the airport for example. on site you just have to go to the supermarket. As there is a big scam on car rentals at the airport, better take a Uber and local taxis when at the house. The place is so wonderful you will stay at home all the time. For toddlers Andres, our host, has everything to play with. We really felt home and 12 days seemed to be a week end. So smooth. Andres, the host, is always pending of your needs, how you feel... before travelling, during your stay, etc. Great host indeed

Good place to spend time as a family, everything is very clean and in order ; excellent attention from Mr. Lorenzo

This place is a resort within itself. If you are looking for a perfect house in a perfect beach location. The photos and description do not do this place justice, you cannot capture how great this house and property are. The land this is on is full of huge trees, so many plants, flowers, and beauty. The property is immaculately taken care of, you feel as if you are in a resort, and you have it all to yourself. There are so many options of furniture and chairs to sit on all over for the most spectacular views. They it has 4 separate sitting areas on the property for enjoyment with comfortable cushions and pillows on each one. You enjoy all your breakfast and lunches outside on the nice huge wood patio table that Lorenzo prepares for you. The house is amazing, Lorenzo is a perfect host and Andres answers all the questions you have!! All things you need are onsite!! I can’t say enough on how wonderful this place is, the beach, the house and the pool!! Wonderful time!! Thank you!

The view of the Pacific Ocean is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool. There are ample and comfortable seating areas around the pool and house with ocean views. The house and cottage were nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. Lorenzo, the caretaker and cook, is wonderful. He kept the house, grounds and pool clean daily and cooked great breakfasts and lunches. (Guests purchase the groceries, in consultation with Lorenzo, and he creates the meals.) We were surprised that the washer and dryer were at the caretaker's house and not at the house we rented. We were also surprised that the walk to the beach was steep. Storage for clothing was limited. These are likely not issues for most people but they were for us.

This house is definitely in a privileged location. Everything was very clean and tidy, extra Lorenzo is very friendly and a very good cook, definitely if you want to rent a beach house is one of the best, I recommend it 1000%

Andres is an outstanding host! Making sure we weren't going to get lost getting there, checking up with us during our stay and ensuring everything was to our liking and expectations. The chef, Mr. Lorenzo is truly a chef! We were so spoiled by his cooking! He has class! The house was cleaned everyday by Mr. Lorenzo and he also made sure we didn't lack anything. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and the house itself is paradise!!! The views are to kill for and the infinity pool is absolutely marvelous!! There are hammocks throughout, which believe me, you will enjoy! There is easy access to the beach and the beach and river are within a short and enjoyable walk. We will definitely rent Andres' house again in the near future! It is paradise on earth! Thank you Andres!!! And thanks to Mr. Lorenzo for taking care of us!!
