It was my family first time visiting this area of El Salvador and the property was everything we expected and more. The amenities were perfect for our kids, they were able to enjoy the pool and also spent time at the beach as the water was great and luckily we didn’t experience any hard waves. I loved the fact that our area was very private. The house keeper was so nice! He welcomed us with open arms and was very responsive to our requests whenever we needed something. The whole experience was great! But I would definitely recommend that you obtained a 4x4 vehicle (truck) as the road that takes to the property is very bumpy so regular sedan will encounter issues. My family and I will definitely be back next year! And perhaps make this property our regular rental property.

It's a wonderful place!! The photos are short with this beach house, the staff in charge is very friendly and helpful! …….As a separate point that I know it is something beyond the reach of the owners of this place, this is for people who make this type of visits to the places be careful to connect to the wifi networks! Since I was a victim of Hacking luckily they could only enter several of my social networks they could not access my phone thank God as such unfortunately the information that appeared to me was from the area they could only change Telephone numbers to have access to my accounts that is only so that they are careful and choose not to connect without having the Due control and access to be able to act quickly in case it happens to them

Everything is great. Very well-equipped kitchen. Everything worked great. It's just that my daughter forgot her Crocs. I contacted the hosts to try to get them back, but I haven't received a response. In that regard, I feel that they should maintain communication that is just as smooth as when we interacted before my arrival.

You can walk out from the backyard to the beach, and there weren't many people! it's close to La Bocana which is a more calm area of water you can walk to. the hammocks and pool were very calm and beautiful.

We loved the ranch. There's no doubt that the hosts have good taste. The facilities, as well as the furniture and decor, are very nice. The beach is beautiful. We liked its tranquility and how almost deserted it was. There were 15 of us on the trip, we all liked the place.

The San Juan inlet on Costa Azul beach is a beautiful place. From this ranch you can see beautiful sunsets, birds, vegetation and of course the beach and the inlet. The place is open, you get the gentle breeze. Something that favors us is that the rooms are perfectly distributed so that whoever wants to rest can do so without noise or discomfort. Perfect for large families. It was nice to enjoy Christmas with family! Recommended!!

Very good accommodation, we had a great time, the amenities with complete rooms with air conditioning, the pool, the sunbeds, the hammocks, the place to make barbecues among others, and of course. The service was the best.

I recommend this place, because it has everything you need, many rooms, a large pool and above all easy access to the sea and the inlet, which are 2 or 3 minutes away on foot. An incredible view. Unbeatable value for money

The best of locations, next to the estuary, which is sand and seawater. There is no river mouth or mud in winter. The water is clear and you can swim or paddle in the calm waters of the estuary to the rough waves of the Pacific, with all the intermediate levels. The house's pool is perfect. Lots of beach to walk.

I highly recommend Las Olas beach house, a very beautiful place with a beautiful and quiet view and Edwin was very kind and attentive to us at all times. I hope to return very soon. There's only one thing, one room had a lot of mosquitoes, but everything else was very nice.

If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful stay surrounded by paradise, this is the place for you. It is out of the way and very private. Beautiful home, unique in that it’s rustic and exactly as described. Local shops nearby for basics, if you need more items for larger families there is markets within a longer driving distance. The groundskeepers, Edwin and Sara were so kind and attentive. Giving us local suggestions, helping us with our car troubles and ordering local foods like fresh bread, tortillas and mouth watering pupusas! It was such a great chance to disconnect from the busy life and just relax. 100% worth staying and experiencing this paradise! Thank you for the experience! The A/C in each room is so great and gives you a break from the heat.

great place, neighborhood seems very private. care taker was very friendly and helpful. place is away from major shopping centers, but alot of small stores in the neighborhood. be aware that roads are unpaved and rough so an suv would be preferred, other than that gad some minor incidents with a broken lounger but the care taker took care of it quickly, and there was also a few power outages during our stay that didn't last longer than 1 hour, but that's out of the owners control, still the care taker kept us inform of when power company was correcting the issues. in all nothing that had significant impact in our time there. highly recommend this place.

Always a pleasure to visit this place; we have stayed here before. It's super comfortable. Communication with Jessica is great, she's always available! And Edwin's service at the place is excellent. Thank you all for making our stay a very pleasant experience. The San Juan estuary is spectacular and very suitable for children, the elderly and pets!

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Place I loved my stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The caretakers were amazing – friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during my visit. The location was great, and I especially enjoyed the access to the beach, the beautiful landscaping in the backyard along with the pool, and having a grill with the ocean view. Excellent experience, the place is extremely clean, the facilities exactly as you see in the photos, a well-equipped kitchen, many spots , and the attention and kindness with which we were treated by the managers.

Everything super good the security gentlemen behaved super well and friendly, only a recommendation in the pool would be good for them to check the apartment since it is a raised part and one can be cut easily, hence everything super well and it is much better than in the very recommended photos.

My family and I loved this house. Place was easy to find and staff was nice and attentative to our needs. The beach and house was nice and peaceful.

I stayed here with 10 members of my family for 2 days and I was very glad I did. the property is exactly what is pictured , no Photoshop or filters. the property is absolutely beautiful! the pictures speak for themselves. the caretaker Magdalena was very friendly and helpful she helped get us bread in the mornings for our coffee and food for lunch. if you stay here I recommend walking to the Bocana which is only a few minutes away with great views of the mountains, volcanos, and beach houses. the highway (la litoral) has heavy traffic heading towards acajutla. after checkout we had to go that way and got stuck in traffic for 45 minutes so make sure to plan for some extra time. I would recommend this beach house to anyone it was a fantastic experience!

Rancho Las Olas was a wonderful experience! My family & I had a great time. It is a very beautiful home with a great view. Also Mauricio was very flexible and understanding with our family on check in. Our host (Edwin) was awsome. He was there on-site the whole time. Edwin took care of us very well. He sourced our food, a special local dish (sopa de gallina) & anything we could ask for. the great hospitality made our stay very comfortable!! This Beach is a very special area out of all the beach areas in El Salvador because of the bay! We enjoyed the sunset at the mouth of the bay and highly recommend you take advantage of the tide rising. The beach is a 10 -15 minute walk or a few minutes drive in a 4x4 vehicle. I highly recommend this location 👍

Nice place, quiet to enjoy in the pool, in the mouth you can practically not bathe from the exit of the ranch and you have to walk to the beach, but the pool keep it very clean and the whole garden area is nice, it has enough beds to sleep comfortably 12 people. The people who take care of the ranch are too friendly and attentive, the service 10.

A very cute place! Very clean and the pool is fantastic, you have literally all in one, Estero, beach and pool! Edwin the person who cares is the most! they have very clean, they are incredibly attentive! They give you all the directions very well explained and very friendly! the house is huge is very nice, it really has everything you need, just maybe a little maintenance in some areas but otherwise everything is nice!
