Our stay at Sol Haa lived completely up to the listing and reviews. It was the perfect place for our family of adults and children to relax for the week, to the point that we didn't leave between arrival and final departure for the airport. Nicholas and his team were proactive in letting us know about a broken shower handle prior to arrival, but it was fixed the day we arrived. They also helped us arrange for private chef services for the week, which kept us constantly fed. The onsite caretakers helped arrange grocery delivery throughout the week. The beach club next door helped with providing activities and switching up our food and drink options. Throughout the week we all agreed that this was the perfect setting for our family vacation, and we would all happily return.

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay at Villa Sol Haa! Everything was exactly as described and our stay was beyond incredible. We didn’t need to think about anything at all. Tortugas next door was a great options for drinks and food when we didn’t want to cook…they delivered right to our place and the staff was awesome. Miguel, Magali and Saul who take care of the house were amazing….helped us with everything we could have wanted. Directions, running into town for us, doing laundry ….even chasing down an Amazon order prior to our arrival! This trip was BEYOND our expectations and we hope to be back in the future. On a 10 point scale, our stay was a 15!

We had the most amazing week at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely beautiful, a short 15-20 minute drive from town! The grounds are so pretty and it's right on the ocean! We had a party of 10. My kids had fun snorkeling every day! The water was so warm and such a variety of fish to see while snorkeling. We ate breakfast at the house but usually had lunch/dinner at a nearby restaurant or went to town. Tortugas beach club is right next door and several others a short walk down the beach. The beach is not secluded as tour groups will be walking by to go to Tortugas but we loved the livelihood of the area! Shopping vendors are a short walk up the beach too. We loved the Tequila tasting. We rented a car but often took taxis which are easy to get. Martin, the groundskeeper was so helpful for anything we needed including calling us a taxi if needed! We enjoyed going to town for shopping and dinner each night! Our boat snorkeling tour picked us up at Tortugas dock too! Highly recommend!

We had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful house in Cozumel! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location, the hospitality, and the experience. The house itself is stunning—clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty around you. But the real magic? The snorkeling! Right out the back door is a crystal-clear stretch of ocean teeming with colorful fish, coral, and even the occasional stingray. We spent hours in the water every day and it never got old. The staff was amazing—friendly, responsive, and always ready with a smile. They made us feel right at home and gave us some of the best local recommendations we had during our trip. Guido’s restaurant was a standout—absolutely delicious and a must-visit! Whether you’re looking to snorkel, unwind, or explore Cozumel, this place is a perfect home base. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Just returned from a week at Villa Sol Haa and I can’t say enough about how perfect it was. We were a group of family and friends, adults and kids, returning to Cozumel where we’ve vacationed many times but our first stay at Sol Haa. The house was perfect for our group of divers, fishers and snorkelers. Having Tortugas next door was an added bonus! Our waiter, JoJo, became a friend to us with excellent service poolside, beachside and patio side for food and drinks. We were also able to use the pier for dive and fishing pick ups. The house caretaker, Martin, and his wife, Mercedes, were wonderful! They took care of every need promptly and were so amazing with the kids. We had Mercedes babysit for several days while the adults were diving. They are true gems! We will definitely be back!! ❤️

Everything was as good or better than expected. Steps from the beautiful beach and water access, clean with excellent maid service every day, groundskeeper did an excellent job and was very friendly and responsive, chef service was perfect, grocery service excellent and right next to the beach bar for drinks and snacks.. This was the perfect set up for our family of nine adults!!!!

We had a great stay at Sol Ha. The beach out front is small, and shared with another unit behind the house, so we hung out mostly on the pool deck and small lawn, which was great. Plenty of lawn chairs along with two hammocks made it a great place to relax. Snorkeling out front was really quite good. Plenty of fish, sea urchins, a couple of starfish, two small lobsters, etc. The current is variable, but not too strong, and as long as the wind isn't "up", it was quite calm. The house is spacious. A nice, functional kitchen. Room air conditioners worked very well. Only two of the six rooms really had ocean views though, if that is important to you. We weren't inside much, so it wasn't a problem for us. On-site parking was great. The groundskeeper and housekeeper did a great job. And the recommendations for a private chef for two meals was great. It was a great week and the seven of us were super comfortable and relaxed. Thanks!

This is our 4th time staying at Sol Haa. The location can't be beat-- beach front, great snorkeling, private, and a bar next door. The private pool is a great break from the ocean, and our kids used it quite often. Fulvio and his staff are so welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful, and the kitchen is very well furnished. I can easily cook for my large family here! Nicholas was very communicative and told us in advance of some damage done from the hurricane. It didn't affect us at all, but I was very grateful of the full disclosure. Having a rental car is helpful since it's a little drive to town, but there seem to always be some taxis waiting down the street. Overall, wonderful stay!

Stayed here as a group of eight--two families with four children aged three to fifteen. We all loved it! We picked this house based on the oceanfront location, the pool, access to the Tortugas dock, and plentiful bathrooms. The property has beautiful views of the water, is conveniently located next door to Tortugas, and is on a great beach. It is some distance from town, but catching a taxi took only a minute (if that), and the ride to downtown takes only 10-15 minutes. We took the advice of past reviewers and hired a private chef. We loved having breakfast and dinner made for us every day. Between the chef service and the daily housekeeping service, we were spoiled!

Absolutely wonderful! Property manager and staff at adjacent restaurant (Beto) were incredibly helpful. Daily housekeeping was very nice! Great layout for extended family gathering. Spear fishing was fantastic and boat picks up at the house (Beto arranged).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb. After reviewing, and doing lots of research, we settled on this Villa and had a great time. A few of our guest, even spoke about attempting to rent it again for future trips. We did have issues with the hot water heater, but to tell you the truth after the long hot days on the beach the shower situation was perfectly fine .

I agree with previous comments about how wonderful this place is. I was hesitant when the reviews said there was music during the day from the bar next door as I thought it might be too loud and intrusive. But it was wonderful! A good mix of music and not too loud. The bar/restaurant next door turned out to be the best part of the rental. Beto was very, very gracious and tended to our every need. Martine and Mercedes cleaned everyday and took care of the pool and yard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We went on one snorkeling trip and went out to eat one time, but mostly stayed at the house as it had everything we needed.

The villa is situated perfectly. It’s a little way from the bustle of town but near enough to run in if you need something. Snorkeling is great right in front of the house. Tortugas is next door so you can head over there if you’re not in the mood to cook. There is foot traffic through there but they shut down early in the evening so it’s not a problem. The house is comfortable and accommodates a group nicely. The caretakers are simply precious and so willing to answer questions. Martin does a wonderful job taking care of the grounds and the villa. We were there with our family of six adults and four children, we always had room to spread out. We will dream about going back.

Wonderful stay , fantastic caretaker, loved the area . Private, quiet , great possibilities to do things on the beach / close to the bar / restaurant . Easy to get to town with close by taxi service. Strongly recommend ! We had a great vacation.

I read all the reviews which were very positive and I can only say they were entirely right! The villa is in such a great location and Martin, the caretaker, was amazingly helpful. He was kind and considerate and even went out and did some shopping for for us for food. The villa was always clean and inviting and everything worked as it should. The pool was cleaned every day and the snorkeling out the back door was great! We had our whole family of nine and we had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I might also mention that the sunsets were spectacular and you could be out by the pool enjoying them. The group next door at Tortuga beach club were great and Beto was always available and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
