Honestly, the stay was very good. There were some unforeseen events that were resolved as soon as possible. The hosts were always available. The house was 10 out of 10. Excellent accommodation and super recommended

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at Brooklyn Airbnb. There were 4 adults and 3 children in our party and the house accommodated us perfectly. The outdoor space is where we spent the majority of our time and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was very helpful and we had staff come and clean the pool and replenish toiletries every few days. The beds were SO comfy and everyone had their own AC units in the rooms so could set it to their ideal sleeping temperature.

This stay was everything we needed for our family trip, Rosa was exceptional with helping us arrange and flexible with our requests. Gerrard was a lovely welcome and departure concierge. The pool was immaculate and caught the sun just right through out the day. Having available water to drink top tier. The area has coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. The bikes made this Airbnb and seeing Tulum so fun. We look forward to returning again.

Exactly like the pictures. Everything was cleaned and organized when we arrived. The location of the home is very good. We were able to walk to stores and restaurants. The beach is about a 10 drive. The home offers lots of privacy. My family loved the pool.

This Airbnb was incredible. The host was very responsive and helpful. She helped us find a reliable and safe driver for the week, helped us book a chef and was always open to sharing helpful tips. The lock broke on the gate and someone was there to help us almost instantly. We felt safe the whole time. And the airbnb was better than the pictures! So beautiful. This was for my bachelorette trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in,

Great spot in Tulum! Had a large privacy wall, so the pool was extremely private. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the outdoor living area! One note for all of Tulum: about 80% of the roads are not paved and very bumpy. This is not a negative on this review because it is very common in Tulum until they are more developed! I mention this for mobility reasons.

The Brooklyn Bungalow was nothing less than AMAZING. We had two other couples with us, and ALL of us were impressed. The home was clean, inviting and comfortable. The pool was spotless, the kitchen was great for the meals we cooked and the bathrooms were pristine. A quick walk to a few coffee places, and we highly recommend Chencho’s for breakfast and Pinche’s tacos for lunch OR dinner. Rosa was fantastic in her communications with us and recommended Vito, a personal chef, for a special dinner made in the home. FANTASTIC!!! Vito welcomed us to the house and showed us around, and he was so friendly and informative. WARNING….The roads to the place are NOT for the faint of heart…istg a toddler could stand up in one of the potholes (not even an exaggeration)….but that is NO fault of the owners. We would DEFINITELY return. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to being repeat guests!

Rosa and Vito were absolutely SUPERB hosts!! Extremely quick responses and went out of their way to help us in any way possible. Vito even helped us light the "grill" one evening. We actually rented two different places from the same hosts and they even transferred all our stuff and food to the next house. On our flight in we were delayed and Rosa called the car rental company for us there locally to ensure they saved our car for us. Beyond expectations!! The house was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood with the cutest coffee shop nearby. We did not have any construction noise at all. Our only "complaint" would be that the pool was very cold. :-( And the kitchenware was tough to cook with. But all in all, a wonderful experience and phenomenal hosts. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Tulum. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back. Jose/Rosa helped out with planning tours or if we needed anything, they were always there! Nothing bad to say about our experience!

If you’re looking for the PERFECT spot in Tulum, look no further ! The Brooklyn bungalow was everything expected plus more. It’s near the strip which is a main tourist attraction, grocery stores are within walking distance. Our excursions with Julio & Doris were AMAZING ! Highly recommended if you’re planning a trip to Tulum soon. Rosa made sure we were very well taken care of, she responded to all of our needs within a timely manner. 10/10 recommendation on booking the private chef Alex as well, the food and drinks were immaculate. This spot is well worth the stay. The bikes provided were a nice touch as well, a ride in Tulum is a must. The overall experience was marvelous, we will definitely return sooner than later.
