The beach that you have access to is super dirty. There is a lot of trash and it is only accessible through a gate. There are no umbrellas or lounge chairs. The host said there would be, but the lady who received us said that they were only available on Saturdays and Sundays, which was also a lie. They also say that if there are any, you have to pay extra. The place is very old and neglected. There is only one couch. The best thing is the pool, but for the price it's not worth it. They charge extra for bringing a dog when the dogs don't have large areas to walk. The nearest beach outside the complex looks like a resort. The area is so ugly. Trucks pass by honking their horns all the time. You hear that more than the little bit of the sea. The shower in the main bedroom is clogged, and after showering, water comes out through the corners and out of the shower. They left a rotten sponge for washing dishes. Everything in the kitchen looks dirty. I would NEVER stay here again. Bad taste, dirty and misleading listing.

I'm sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations, but I think it's necessary to clarify several points in this review. During your stay there was heavy rain, a situation that can temporarily carry trash to the beaches of the entire bay and that is beyond the control of the property. The listing never states that it is a private beach; access is through a gate in the complex, and during your visit, you practically had that space to yourselves. The posted photos show the beach and access as they are. Although the umbrellas and sun loungers are not included, I made sure to personally take care of them and provided folding chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost. I'm sorry that this courtesy gesture was interpreted as misleading advertising. Regarding your pet, the complex has approximately one hectare of outdoor land for walking. The additional charge for pets is stated and corresponds to the special cleaning required for your stay. When I was notified about the sponge, it was replaced in about 15 minutes and four new options were provided. The apartment was booked with a 40% DISCOUNT. Your opinion about the decoration is respectable, although it is completely subjective: we have had satisfied guests, including international artists, some of whom have extended their stays and have even left works of art as a thank you. I must also point out that you returned the apartment in a condition that required considerably more cleaning than usual. Even so, I decided not to charge you any extra fees. We respect that you do not wish to return; however, we deny that the listing is misleading. The information, photos, conditions, and available services are presented in the listing so that each guest can determine if the accommodation and its location are a good fit for their preferences. We respect their statement that they would never stay here again, and after the condition in which they left the apartment and the inaccurate statements included in this review, we fully agree that it is best that they do not book our space again.

The apartment has a beautiful view. Super bright, with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. There is a Walmart Express a few meters away, which is very convenient. There is a viewpoint about a 7-minute walk away to watch the sunset, and there are three very quiet beaches nearby. The iconic Caleta beach is a few minutes away by car. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. I will definitely return to this nice apartment.

Comfortable apartment, with space, clean, nice view, pleasant beach club and very tasty food at the restaurant. We were very relaxed with our baby. Julio was attentive and very kind. We will definitely return.

Julio was very attentive and helpful during our stay. We appreciate it because he was flexible with us, and although there was little communication on our part, it was enough for everything to go perfectly. In my opinion, it's very good for the area if you're going to beaches with small waves and want to enjoy a little more. In the end, nothing is that far in Acapulco.

The beach is very quiet, practically a pool suitable for older people. The place has enough utensils to cook and feel at home, from morning coffee to a glass of wine. The view of the bay is very nice. We would definitely stay with Julio again.

Julio is an excellent host. Not only was he attentive to us before the reservation, but throughout the entire time. He responded quickly when we needed his help, and everything was great. The place has a prime view; it's even nicer than the photos. The pool is really nice, with plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. There are extra activities (at extra cost) such as kayaking, jet skiing, paddle tennis, etc., to help you enjoy your stay even more. We went with pets, and the beach is very quiet for them; the waves are very small. Highly recommended, we look forward to booking again soon!
