Great

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Indra Inn! From booking to leaving, Natalia was the most kind and helpful host. She helped us with a late arrival, arranged transport and even did us a huge favor by making change for us (seems like a small thing but it saved us big time!). Coffee every morning was a perk and the shared kitchen was very helpful. The grounds are pristine, rooms were sparkling clean, AC worked like a dream, beds and pillows were super comfy and the hammock was a plus! The walk to the beach was about ten minutes. Great restaurants and mini mart just a minute away. Highly recommend for anyone going to Playa Grande! Thank you Natalia and Matthew, Pura Vida ❤️

The room was perfect, clean, well air-conditioned and ventilated. A beautiful bathroom with a good shower and a large enough counter!! Just in front of the bedroom a table and two chairs for free coffee every morning!! Animals passing by (howler monkey). An outdoor shower to rinse off, the beach which is 8 minutes walk and offers magnificent sunsets, a well-equipped kitchen and cafes/restaurants/grocery stores around, and finally super welcoming and accessible hosts who offer brief recommendations I will definitely return if I return to Costa Rica! I would 100% recommend if this is what you need. Thanks Nathalia and Matthew!

We arrived at night, it was dark but Natalia’s radiating smile welcomed us. My young son and I were exhausted after a long day, and Natalia gave us a quick tour of the kitchen and WiFi instructions and let us get right to resting. When we walked into our air conditioned room, we were welcomed by some beautifully folded towels and an oh so comfortable bed. The hammocks outside of each room are superb. This place lives up to its wonderful reviews, and I highly recommend staying here.

The Indra Inn is a lovely hotel/hostel for the community minded travel folks. We enjoyed the chance to meet people in the shared kitchen, the morning coffee hours, and the lovely outdoor shower area to remove the sand. There are great restaurants and surf shops right next door, and the playa is a short walk away. Matt and Natalia are very responsive and helpful. The only not great thing was the road is pretty close to the rooms, so make sure to bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to road noise.
