Great house, nice view!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here and can’t recommend it highly enough. The property is even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking panoramic views over the Pacific that we never got tired of. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s perfectly located—peaceful and private, yet only a few minutes from Dominical and an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. Tony was an exceptional host. He couldn’t have been more helpful. His communication was excellent and he genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. This has been one of our favourite places this trip and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you, Tony, for such an unforgettable stay!

We loved our stay. David’s place is as the photos, has stunning views and is a lovely place to relax whilst only being a short 2km walk to Dominical along the beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Would happily recommend

The place is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, well lit, with air conditioning in all rooms, hot water, two and a half bathrooms, a pool, a hammock, a TV and other items such as a cooler (for going to the beaches) and folding chairs (for going to the beaches). All the utensils worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well equipped. It also has a very useful gas grill. It has very comfortable spaces and stunning views. You have to go up a steep hill, but it is paved, so it is not difficult to go up. There's a supermarket very close by and other places to visit. To go to the beach, you have to go down by car. Finally, the property is in an enclosed and secure location, so there is a lot of calm and tranquility.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is well appointed and stocked with necessary supplies. We enjoyed the pool and sitting under the pergola. We were even able to watch the World Cup games from the pool. The ocean view is spectacular!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The views are absolutely stunning, and the peaceful setting made it a perfect getaway. We enjoyed watching various birds and even spotted a few lizards lounging around the pool in the early mornings. The wooden terrace is a highlight, it’s incredibly relaxing at night and offers great shade during the day. While the hill leading to the house is steep, it's short and manageable for a car or SUV. We chose to drive to the beach since we didn’t feel like climbing back after swimming. Dominical is just a stone's throw away, and the grocery store nearby is well-stocked, making it convenient. David and Tony were super responsive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend it!

Amazing, surrounded by nature, amazing views, davids place is well kept and comfortable, the pool and outdoor amenities are a private oasis for the perfect get away, felt right at home, will definitely come back

This home in Dominical has one of the best breathtaking views of the beach surrounded by beautiful landscape and garden. The home has everything you need for a short or extended stay to feel right at home. Local restaurants and stores are nearby, with friendly service and amazing food. The waves from the beach can be heard in the rooms, as well as birds chipping every morning. The private balconies allow you to take in the views as well as the nature sounds. The location is private and safe. Tony was extremely helpful in personally meeting us to show us the home, as well as offer any services or tips we may need. He was very polite and quick to respond to all our needs. The house warming gifts was a nice personal touch and much appreciated for morning coffee. This is a must stay home as it is in a beautiful area and not too far of drive from neighboring national parks and other attractions. We enjoyed Manuel Antonio and an offshore fishing charter. Amazing locals and must see spot!!
