Absolutely amazing palace on one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun. I cannot rate this place high enough- the rooms are spacious and well provisions, the open air dining room is magical, the kitchen is well equipped, and the pool is a blast. Staff was extremely helpful and cleaned consistently throughout the stay. We also used their chef served which was delicious. This place does not disappoint.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Our family felt at home and at peace. The beach is private the house very spacious. We had additional chef services offered by the host and it was amazing.

We have stayed in three different houses in this neighborhood. This was by far the best one yet. The staff that runs the house are amazing kind people. Paolo was always a text or phone call away. Highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful, just like photos, feels bigger than photos. We were 12 people and it was very spacious, bedrooms were lovely. Beds are on the soft side, lots of memory foam. We were unlucky with the weather the week we came so spent a lot of time in the house, there was plenty of room to sit, play games, eat, be outside, be inside. the pool and hot tub were really nice to have since the ocean was rough. We had welcoming snacks and beers just like photos, staff of Jesus and Teri were really wonderful. There were a few little issues from the storm, but taken care of promptly. Really the only complaint I have is that the description says washer /dryer but it is really only for the staff, so we paid them to do our laundry, which they did very well, but my expectation was that we would have laundry easily so we packed with that in mind. We had a lovely week, and I would recommend the house completely if you don't mind the softer mattresses.

We had 11 people for a guys’ trip. Great house and great location. Very clean and felt very safe. Being a staffed house was an initial apprehension that turned to a great benefit and perk. I recommend the in-house chef add-on, as Miguel did a great job.

We stayed at the property with 11 girls. Everything was great. There is a couple that lives in a separate part of the house who ran errands and cleaned for us. The chefs we hored through Them were also sweet and accommodating. The beach is beautiful and clean. There is a dock which is right outside the house, however if you rent a boat i wouldnt use the dock because the owner doesn’t have full access to it. Overall our stay was very close to perfect!

Amazing place to stay with a group in Cancun. The hosts were on top of everything and catered to our requests right away each day! Highly recommended, very trustworthy and great people. Absolutely beautiful home to stay at!
