William was a great host and very accommodating and welcoming. The place had more than we needed and it was well maintained and equipped. The common areas are nice to spend the day as well and there is a grocery store and restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Areia; William took great care of us and was always very responsive to our questions. The house was super well-equipped and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the private pool was really nice, and we enjoyed the amenities a lot. 20/10 for the experience; I would definitely come back.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The property was in excellent condition: very clean, tidy, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the listing. You can tell they put a lot of care and effort into keeping the place pleasant for guests. The communication with the host was very good at all times. He was always attentive, responded quickly to our questions, and provided us with all the necessary information, both for check-in and during our stay and check-out. That made the whole process very simple and hassle-free. The house turned out to be ideal for relaxing and enjoying a few days with the family. We felt comfortable, safe and really at home. Also, the atmosphere was very pleasant and perfect for disconnecting from the daily grind. We really appreciated the hospitality and the excellent service we received. We would definitely recommend this place to future guests, and we would be happy to stay here again.
