Great house and host! You won’t regret staying here

I had an amazing stay at Arsen's house. He was extremely responsive and ensured every detail was perfect. It made for a very special birthday.

This was the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Absolutely stunning home and location it doesn’t get better than this. Also the best host I have ever had! So responsive and was so helpful with planning our trip. Highly highly recommend!

What an incredible experience. From start to finish Arsen and his team made this such a phenomenal trip. The chef and his team were a game changer and made this unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back. We had the best time.

I had the most unforgettable time in Cabo at this villa. I would give it 1000/10 stars if I could. I stayed here for my bachelorette with a total of 9 girls and we were more than comfortable. The house is stunning, the view is breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond for us. Everything was kept extremely clean and it looks exactly like the photos. The chef that they provided us with was also so amazing in all regards. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much to Arsen & Mauricio for a luxurious experience that I will never forget!

Arsen was lovely & responsive. His onsite host Mauricio was help and very accommodating, kind and just overall great! I highly recommend the home and the host. A couple downfalls: The hot tub/pool didn’t heat up during stay because it was not turned on properly which was a bummer. This was a main reason we chose this home. The location has construction around it which the host/ owner can not control. But it has a gorgeous view of the ocean. And I did not pre-plan for an espresso machine which I wish I would have. The transportation for 7ppl to town on multiple occasions got costly. I would go back and definitely bring my own car. And I would absolutely rent from Arsen/Mauricio again.

Everything was so wonderful! Mauricio was so helpful, he took care of all are restaurant reservations, excursions and transportation! The drivers were all so kind and timely. We utilized the butler service which was outstanding and made sure we always had the food and drinks that were needed! I was hesitant to not stay on a resort but this was beautiful and very easy to navigate with the help of Mauricio.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. Arsen and Mauricio were fantastic to work with, extremely responsive to issues and super helpful. The property was spotless clean and we loved having the golf cart provided. We loved the Quivira Steakhouse, Market, and golf course. Our host was also super helpful in providing other area restaurant recommendations.

What a place! Ten family members really enjoyed nice view and spacious rooms altogether. Also, we were able to go to prestigious resorts near around. All of family want to go back soon.

Beautiful home and our family loved our stay. Amazing ocean views and a great layout of the home. The bathrooms were amazing. Very clean and great communication. We also used the butler service for our reception dinner and they were amazing. Loved having the golf cart to use to get around!

Amazing place, this was my 9th stay in Cabo. I loved everything about it. We utilized the chef’s referred by Arsen’s team. The manager Mauricio was a pleasure to deal with. Chef’s were 10/10. Home was 10/10.

Arsen and Mauricio were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our trip. They made us feel right at home. There was some construction which we knew about but it was hardly noticeable. The villa was spacious and amazing!

The house and views are amazing. The pool is amazing and the concierge is on top of it. The only complaints I would say is there’s a lot of construction going on outside, which is really outside of their control and in the particular area that the house is located you cannot use Uber And have to use private car hires the entire time and or hire a private chef unless you’re planning to bring in food yourself, but that was our only main complaints. Otherwise the house is as beautiful as described. Very responsive host and I definitely would stay again. Everyone was very very happy with how beautiful the house is. So ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
