Denise was a fantastic host the space was lovely and just close enough to be walkable but far enough from town to be peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and i would absolutely recommend Kingston casitas for anyone visiting puerto viejo.

It is a beautiful place to feel connected to nature and tranquility since it is a little away from the main road. The bicycle service included in the accommodation is great, as it helps you get out and get to the accommodation quickly, as well as to get to know the beaches in the area. We went from Puerto Viejo to Manzanillo in them and without any problems. If you need to rent another bike, there is a place nearby that can rent you one for one or more days. The terrace is very nice to go to relax and admire the nature around The balcony is very nice to go out and get some fresh air at night and have a drink in total tranquility. Although it is a bit far from the main area on foot, you can order an Uber and in less than 2 minutes you are in the very center of Puerto Viejo (although I recommend using the bicycles) A great detail is that inside your accommodation they have coffee and they leave you some snacks and there is also a store very close by.

It is a place close to the beaches and restaurants and private and quiet at the same time. An excellent option for resting.

We felt very comfortable! A great shared kitchen and a great room with a small balcony. Our towels were even dried in the dryer, for which we were very grateful! The only thing that bothered us a little was that it smelled a bit musty and damp in the room, and our clothes were very damp. Still a great place to stay!

I wish I could stay longer here. Denise has really thought of everything and made arrangements for you to thrive. The apartment has everything you need, the common areas are great, and the location is absolutely amazing. Best places I stayed in Puerto Viejo

Such a lovely place to stay and in such a great location, the place matches all the photos and we had absolutely no issues with anything - Denise was so helpful and so quick to respond to absolutely any questions we had, making us feel right at home !!

Very nice place to stay in Puerto Viejo. The room itself is quite small (and it lacks storage), but the amenities are great. We also especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and roof terrace. The hospitality and flexibility of hosts remains to be emphasized. Thanks again for that! Overall unfortunately a bit expensive, but according to the price level of the peak season in Puerto Viejo.

We had a lovely stay. There were not many guests so it was peaceful. The outdoor kitchen is nice and the free bikes is a great asset. We did have some issues checking in since they forgot to send instructions, and the attitude of the maintenance guy who let us in was not amazing, he didn't even apologize for us waiting outside, but other than that the hosts communicate on airbnb fairly well and try to answer. The room had a few issues (window lock and toilet flushing) but they fixed it after we asked. Overall the room is quite small but not bad even for a few nights if you know how to manage your bags. Beds are comfortable and good AC and fan. Importantly, the wifi was really bad. Hardly worked most of the time if you wanna watch netflix or download something. The location is private, but remote so if you plan on being close to restaurants this is a bit far, you'll need 5-10 min by bike. The garden is really beautiful but they really need to trim it a bit for easy crossing.

All of the check in instructions are pre-programmed into the airbnb app and Airbnb makes them accessible to guests in the app 24 hours before check in. We do not send out check in instructions because Airbnb is responsible for that. We apologize on their behalf if they did not provide the instructions in the getting there section appropriately. As for the WiFi it was never brought to our attention that you were having connectivity issues. We would have happily restarted the router and/or looked into any issues with the provider in the area at the time. We also could have provided a WiFi extender for use during your stay as well. As you mentioned we try to fix any issues that may arise during a stay as soon as possible and would have been more than happy to try to remedy the WiFi for you. Your feedback has been valuable and we will do our best to make improvements for future guests. Wishing you amazing future travels.

Denise was amazing! She was very helpful & would respond as soon as I texted her. She did everything with a smile and went above and beyond when providing accommodations. The place was very clean and comfy. The bikes were very helpful since it is about a 10-15 min walk to everything. The walk is nice, but at night there is a very small area where there are no lights so it can get pitch black; we just used our phone flashlights. The area was very safe and calm. The rooftop is a plus where you can spot and hear monkeys. She provided lots of towels and amenities. I definitely recommend this Airbnb! Thank you Denise!
