We had an amazing 7-day stay in Belize. The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for the week. The location was perfect, offering a great balance of convenience and relaxation, with easy access to local restaurants, activities, and beautiful surroundings. The host was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and provided great recommendations that made our trip even better. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and everything felt well-organized from start to finish. After a full week, it truly felt like a home away from home. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making guests feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Belize and would definitely book again in the future.

We had a magical vacation here with 10 friends. It was the perfect size and we wish we could have stayed another week! The on site caretaker and cook were amazing - definitely never had a better tortilla or fry bread! Would love to come back again, highly recommend for those looking to stay about 20-30 min golf cart ride away from town. Safe and peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay at Christin's! Plenty of room. Nice pool area. It is a little drive into San Pedro on golf cart, but even that was fun! We loved the advantage of Araceli cooking for us. The food was great!

This home was great for our family. There were 11 of us from 6 to 72 years of age. Cristin and Tino set up all transportation to and from the airport to the house. Tino also set up additional golf carts for us to rent. One of the carts needed some attention and they brought us a replacement cart at the Truck Stop where we were having dinner. Celi was available to cook however we only needed her for breakfast one day. Tino was quick to respond to any request. The pool and hot tub was a great way to end the days. We would definitely consider this home for another stay.

If you’re looking for a quieter place to stay, but still close to the key attractions in San Pedro then this is a great spot. Our family of 6 used the hot tub and pool throughout the week, and enjoyed the serenity of the beach, water, hammocks just off the back steps. Definitely could have had a bigger group stay here…plenty of space. Christin is as responsive as it gets and her caretaker is always available in case something comes up.

The home was beautiful and we loved the food prepared by Ariceli. Tino was very nice and accommodating. The pool was a lifesaver for the kids. Views of the sunrises are beautiful! The home's location was very convenient to hitting all the favorite spots on the island. We did a fishing and snorkeling excursion with Coral Reef Divers which the guys favored and a Catamaran excursion with Island Dream Tours that the girls favored. My husband and wanted to stay somewhere large enough for our entire family of 13 and this home had the perfect layout for us. We made some beautiful memories!

Where to start? This was one of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed at. It’s even more impressive in person than in the photos. The onsite chef Celi was so helpful and friendly, Timo the property manager was great and helpful with transportation of luggage on check out, and overall a fantastic place for a large group to stay. We rented this for 12 friends for a huge joint birthday stay and it comfortably slept that number. Even the bunks were large. Such a relaxing place, would highly recommend to others.

This was a great stay. We had three families, all with young kids. The host/hostess onsite were extremely helpful. Celi even babysat my 6-month old so my partner and I could go scuba diving together.

Third Coast Belize is an amazing house on an incredible island with easy access to everything. We had two families of 4 and it felt very spacious and comfortable. Araceli was there to help clean and cooked us outstanding Belizean dishes and was so kind to us and our children. The property is situated perfectly due east 15min from Secret Beach, where we spent 3 of our days and right next door to the company that you can sea schedule excursions with which were two of our favorite days snorkeling at Sharkray Alley, Stingray Beach and Hol Chan and even had a delicious lunch made on a sandbar. We highly recommend these excursions-the dock outside the launch.@Coraldivers Christin was beyond attentive and helpful and has a wonderful list of recommendations for dinner spots. She coordinated our transfers from the airport as well as an additional golf cart for us to get around easily. It really was the best week and I can’t recommend this experience enough!!! We will be coming back for sure.

Great location. It was a bit windy for us unfortunately, but the location and house was amazing. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Tino was very helpful and in no way intrusive. Easy to book tours through Coral Divers. Really just enjoyed the relaxation that came with such a house! Would recommend.

Great place! Perfect for 3 families with kids.

We stayed here with three other couples while in town for a wedding. The location is great, it's outside of town and much quieter. It's tens of feet from the ocean and the outdoor pool was amazing, we spent the majority of our time in there! Tino was super helpful for anything that we needed. Our groups only issue with the place was it felt heavily used and was in need of a bit of a facelift (painting, mattress, pillows, etc.) given the price point. Overall it's an amazing place!

Enjoyed staying! More than enough space for my family of five. Location was great!
