Gaby promised place be ready after 3 pm. When we arrived the cleaning crew was just starting and stay therw foe 2 xtra hours cleaning, while we were cooking the swip the floors in our feet. I had peoblems with the grill and gaby didn5 understand the problem. She never sent maintenance and didnt address the concerns. It seems she didnt understand what we asked, so I spoke spanish, but still she didnt understand the problem. Communication was poor. Besides that, tje house was beautiful.

The place is just like the photos. Everything was impeccable, very safe. I highly recommend it, and the host is always attentive, friendly, and everything is super clear.

This house is beautiful. It looked exactly like the photos and was so relaxing. It was a group of 8 and it fit us comfortably. Our favorite part was the pool area. We spent a majority of our time in the outside spaces. Communication with Gaby was good, she responded quickly and helped facilitate communication with the property management group when needed. Additional services they offered were good and helped make the trip even more relaxing. Would visit again. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away in a peaceful, beautiful space.

Amazing place in a safe, gated community with incredible amenities. 20 minutes from Tamarindo for beach and restaurants. Great access to the beach club.

The place is wonderful; you can really relax, and if you go with children, it's a hit, as they have lots of games for the pool and space for them to play soccer. Plus, we saw a beautiful golden fox, and every day the limpets would come byâit was amazing.

Acceptable I liked the house Cleaning no For 5 days, no one asked us if we needed fresh towels. The ice machine never worked; they never came to check it. Dirty pool shower

We would like to inform you that the house has several spare towels, both for the pool and inside the house, so that our guests always have clean towels available during their stay. As for the ice machine, this is an additional service we offer our guests as a courtesy; it is not mentioned in the listing description. However, we are sorry that you were unable to get it working. On the table by the front door, you will find the welcome book with instructions for the house, including how to use the ice machine. The machine was checked both before and after your visit and is working properly. Also, throughout the stay, it was always possible to contact us via WhatsApp or Airbnb to address any questions or needs. Regarding the shower, due to the water stain caused by the calcium in the water in coastal areas, it may look dirty. Therefore, we are going to remodel that area so that it always looks its best for our guests. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to continue improving the experience for our guests.
