The experience at Gina's place was excellent. There were seven of us on a work trip, and everything worked out perfectly: the house is impeccable, superbly furnished, and very comfortable. Also, the location is ideal, very close to downtown and with all the amenities nearby. You can tell they've taken care of every detail, and the vibe of the place really adds to the experience. We would definitely come back again.

The pictures must’ve been taken with a wide angle lens because the pool and home are much smaller than they appear, but it still worked well for our family of 6. We loved the location as we could walk to the beach, restaurants (Garabitos Soda was great food at a great price), and shops. The pool out front was small, but a great size for our little kids to enjoy. Pay attention to her warning keep an eye on very young children, as the pool is literally 4 steps from the front and side doors and the front door is perfect height and weight for a toddler to open and doesn’t auto lock. My 2 year old opened it while I was sitting on the couch and by the time I jumped up to get him he was already by the pool. Playscape on site was great for little kids. One A/C in the home wasn’t working, but the provided fan circulated the A/C from the other rooms to keep the home cool. Warmest shower we had at any of our AirBNBs in Costa Rica and the washer and dryer were very helpful to have. Kids dishes too

This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, perfect for a family vacation in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. The house was spotless upon arrival & the hostess, Gina, offered a wonderful cleaning service every fifteen days. The house looked exactly like the photos, inside & out. The master’s bedroom’s king sized bed was as comfortable as the ones we’ve enjoyed in top luxury brand hotels. The private plunge pool in the front garden was wonderful. The location very convenient. About an 6 minute walk to the town’s Main Street which offered supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and the very famous locally known ice cream shop called POPS. About a 12 minute walk to Jaco Beach which the younger people in our family really enjoyed. For those of us more seasoned folks, we were able took a taxi to & from the beach for approx. $2 each way. We found lots of restaurants we enjoyed with different types of international cuisine. The hostess, Gina, was welcoming and very responsive. She is great!!

Host: Gina is an available and helpful host. She responds quickly to questions. Location: About 10 min walk to the beach, a short walk to a fruit shop and a butcher shop. Some noise incidents from neighbors occurred during the stay (example, very loud music). Villa: The villa is quite well-equipped. Too bad there's no barbecue. Some kitchen facilities missing (for our utilities). It's also a shame that there are only 2 outdoor loungers while the accommodation sleeps 6. Super clean. Great stay overall, I recommend Gina's villa to all!
