The house was really very nice. The area was very quiet, but at the same time also very close to the beach and the main road, which meant you could walk to everything very quickly. The house was tidy and clean, and we had everything we needed and were able to enjoy our stay there very much.

The truth is that there were three of us friends in the apartment, and we invited a few of our friends over for a party or something like that. We kept things quiet because we didn't want to cause any trouble. The landlord spoke to us right away and asked us to remove the people. They left a few minutes after we saw the message. We woke up in the morning to a message saying that we had to vacate our apartment that morning. It was an unpleasant and frustrating experience. As long as we take care of the apartment and keep things quiet, we don't see any problem with having a very limited number of friends over. Even if it's not allowed to have help over and not to kick people out of the apartment in the morning, our experience was frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it to people who want to invite friends over to the apartment.

We are disappointed by this review because it does not reflect what actually occurred during this reservation. The guests knowingly violated our clearly stated house rules by bringing numerous unauthorized visitors to the property, with over 10 people coming and some staying overnight. This resulted in additional cleaning and damages, which were resolved through Airbnb's Resolution Center. We made several respectful attempts to communicate, and Airbnb Support also contacted the guests. Unfortunately, our messages and Airbnb's requests were ignored, leaving us no choice but to enforce the house rules and our published checkout time. This review was left only after we enforced those rules. We encourage future guests to read our many positive reviews, which accurately reflect the experience of the vast majority of guests who stay with us.

We had a great stay in Santa Teresa. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. What surprised us the most was how well equipped it was: honestly, we had never been in a place with so many details and amenities designed for guests. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. In addition, the host was very friendly and flexible, allowing us to stay a few more hours after the checkout time, which we greatly appreciated. Although the price is somewhat high, the quality of the accommodation, the equipment and the service received make the experience worthwhile.

You wake up in the morning without air conditioning and without water, unable to get ready for check-out, and you receive threats at the B&B and complete lack of cooperation from the apartment owner. He came to our apartment screaming and making threats, threw our belongings into the air, and almost raised his hands. We felt threatened, and we didn't know what to do. I have never experienced service this bad. I came here just to relax and enjoy my vacation, and they ruined the whole experience for me. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

We had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend itâespecially for the value and location. The biggest highlight is how close it is to the beach. Itâs realistically about a 5-minute walk (not quite 2 unless youâre sprinting đ), but the access is incredibly convenient and puts you right near one of the best surf spots in the area. Itâs also within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and surf rentals. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The AC works very well (a huge plus in the heat), the Wi-Fi is reliable, and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it perfect for our stay. We also really appreciated the filtered drinking water and the outdoor showerâitâs awesome after coming back from the beach. Marian was fantasticâvery kind, responsive, and helpful with anything we needed, including local recommendations and arranging things during our stay. Overall, this place offers great value for the price and a super convenient location. TY!

We really enjoyed the days at the place. The location is perfect. Everything is in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, soda shops, supermarkets, and most importantly, the beach! A really nice place.

This was a beautiful, clean place. Very convenient location, only a couple blocks walk to beach. A mile or so walk to a lot of shops/restaurants. Only downside was that we had thought the whole house had a/c and only the bedrooms did (which was great for sleeping), but in the heat you couldnât really come back to the house to comfortably relax in the main part of the house as it was quite hot. Downstairs bathroom shower head had a bit of a weak flow. Also the open air roof in the downstairs bathroom was not what we expected. Overall though it was very clean and nice. Would recommend.
