The place looks exactly like the photos and Dana was a very good host but the place was not clean, we have to WASH ALL THE kitchen supplies cause there were a lot of cockroachs, empy food bags and many things under the beds, my husband washed the fridge cause there were nasty smells and even bloody liquids…

With same-day check-outs and check-ins, occasional oversights can happen. We'd like to clarify a few points. All dishes and kitchen items were washed again before your arrival. The empty grocery bags you found were not garbage—they are clean supermarket bags intentionally left by previous guests for others to reuse as part of our recycling efforts. After you mentioned the refrigerator, we sent our cleaner back the following morning and asked you to point out anything else that needed attention, but you left while she was there. When I later checked in you told me everything was fine. As a small family business, we work hard to resolve any concerns promptly, so we don't feel this review fairly reflects either the home or the service we provided. We also found the home left with bags containing dog waste after your departure, yet still left a fair and balanced review. Reviews should be fair, balanced and take into account both the overall experience and efforts made to resolve any issues

This place is a must stay if you are traveling to Santa Teresa. The location was clean and Dana was the most responsive and awesome host. The home was walking distance to the beach and was close to everything in town. When we come back we definitely plan on staying in Dana’s home again. Don’t miss out on this home!!

Dana’s place is great! The casa was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The two standout features were the beautiful garden with the covered outdoor seating area, and the incredible proximity to the beach. We spent most of our home time relaxing in the garden, and being only about 50 meters from a walkable beach entrance made getting to the water super fast. The location was great for us: set just far enough away from the main amenities to feel peaceful, yet still walkable to the grocery store and nice restaurants. We also enjoyed having a car during our stay, and the covered parking was a convenient bonus. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would love to come back again!

We loved our stay! The apartment is perfectly located—just a short walk from the beach—and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Dana is a fantastic host; she shared great local tips that made our trip even better. Highly recommend!

Dana’s place is super spacious, fully equipped, AC in all the rooms, a nice convenient terrace and all of this in the perfect location in Santa Teresa beach, just 2mins walking from the best part of the beach. Also, it’s pet friendly 😉 Dana and Netanel were SUPER nice: always responsive, ready to respond to our requests and questions! Totally recommend this place!

The house is very well located, it is next to the main street, so sometimes you can hear the cars but it doesn't bother you. Very close to the beaches. We had a great time.

We loved our stay. It’s a beautiful property and Dana was very communicative and helpful. Hope to return! A 4WD is recommended to navigate the bumpy dirt roads, and make sure you arrive from the south driving through Santa Teresa (Google maps routed us from the north).
