Beautiful home and amazing location. The host was very responsive and attentive! If you are looking for a more centralized location that’s walkable this is the place to go.
We reserved the entire house and it was just as described and represented in the pictures. It's super cute with lots of unique antiques/trinkets. One great amenity is the elevator so we didnt need to carry our luggage up and down stairs. Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We only had one complaint, we arrived on Wed. and for the first few days we sent a few messages to the host related to the house but we did not receive any response until Sunday which I had never previously experienced with any super host. However, after that she was very responsive.
My family traveled to Panama to celebrate my brother’s college graduation, and this home was perfect for our stay. The property looked exactly like the photos on Airbnb, which we really appreciated. Li was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family. We had plenty of room to separate. All had their own bedroom and bathroom. Everything worked well. We enjoyed the upstairs patio and two kitchens. We had little ones with us and the space was great. There was an elevator to help with heavy bags. The location was so close to museums and restaurants. Would love to come back and would refer others!

Li's place is one of my favorite stays. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kitchen amenities is both apartments were wonderful, she literally has just about everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was nice, comfortable and clean. There are enough AC units to make sure everyone can control their own temp comfortably. Access to the rooftop views was very nice. The apartments are close to lots of restaurants, cafes and rooftop bars. Right in the heart of Casco Viejo. The unit has an elevator, which is extremely convenient for hauling luggage to the 3rd level. I was impressed by this place and wpuld definitely stay again. In fact we are already planning a return guys trip.
This was a beautiful place—very well maintained and in a prime location. It’s centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions in Casco Viejo. The room layout was excellent, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The air conditioning throughout the house was much appreciated, and the property had everything needed for a well-equipped and comfortable stay
I’ve never left a negative review before but I felt the need to given the unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves in. We had a very unfortunate stay at this otherwise wonderful location and house. From the time we showed up, we didn’t have access to water in the showers, toilets or sinks. Upon alerting the host, she took around 8 hours to respond. A plumber came out on the second to last day of our stay and was unable to fix the issue as the whole pump system was not working. Thus we had to purchase large amounts of water bottles just to have some semblance of water. We also had to haul water up to additional floors to be able to flush the toilets. We were really surprised when the host didn’t offer a decent refund ( we only received 30% back from Airbnb itself) as the stay was ripe with health and hygiene concerns due to the lack of water. Given the lack of resolve, and willingness to refund our stay, I wouldn’t trust this host again.

Dear Abigail, I am truly sorry that your stay was affected by this unexpected situation. I completely understand how frustrating and uncomfortable it is to experience water issues, especially during a short stay. I would like to clarify that I responded within the hour of being notified and immediately sent someone to check the issue, followed by a plumber as soon as it was possible. In addition, a plumber from the public water provider was also sent to assess the situation. Unfortunately, the problem was caused by low water pressure which was beyond my direct control at the time. Everything possible was done within my capacity to resolve it during your stay. Since then, a completely new system has been installed to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Regarding the refund, Airbnb made a unilateral decision on the amount provided, and I followed their process while continuing communication with you. I did ask for some time to further discuss the situation with Airbnb. I always act in good faith and put my heart into these properties, the maintenance, and the well-being of my guests. I am genuinely sorry this experience did not reflect the standard I strive to provide. I hope you can visit again in the future and have a much better experience.
Beautiful stay. The location is ideal and the house is superb. We booked the whole house including the downstairs apartment. The elevator is a plus but it is especially the style of the house that catches the eye. I went out every day on foot to buy croissants, to walk safely. Several restaurants were exceptional. I recommend Panama and staying in Casco Viejo. My only recommendation for Li would be to always read messages on Airbnb because I have written and not received a response. But it was not during the stay but in preparation for the stay. Thank you Li for this house that you make available!
Casa Pastor is truly a gem. Beautifully decorated, spacious and fully stocked. Elevator in the unit was really helpful with bags. And the location was amazing. 5-10 minute walk max from all the great bars & restaurants in Casco Viejo. Li was incredibly helpful with any request we had. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Panama City especially if you’re traveling with kids. Would definitely stay again on a future trip.
The place was outstanding. We had two apartments — one with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and the other with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Both spaces were beautifully decorated, had amazing natural light, and instantly felt like home. The location was perfect. It’s tucked away just outside of Old Town, which gave us a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere while still being close to everything. And right across the street is one of the best spots to buy chocolate — a great bonus we took full advantage of. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we’d absolutely book again.
