The house is AMAZING and the photos absolutely do not do justice to the beauty of the place. The beach is superb, and the pool is deep enough and long enough to really swim. And don't worry: ask for Denia as a private chef during your stay. Morning, noon and night, zero hassle. It's worth its weight in gold

Such a private gem of a house. Direct access to the beach and its well secluded for private families. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool and enjoyed morning coffee which we took from the kitchen to the beach in just under a minute. Enjoyed evening sunsets at the beach each day and explored the spa options and the night jungle walk features that were available to us with just a phone call to get them scheduled. Beautiful private beach in an ecological park and a beautiful pool. Ideal place for someone with an SUV, to cross the forest, and who is looking for tranquility and beautiful views.

The property is in a not totally private, quiet, full of nature and details. A beautiful beach. It's definitely worth it. There are problems with the electricity, the pool needs maintenance, but they are minor details compared to the beauty of the place. Carolina and her team's service is unbeatable. Thank you

Her amazing team is always available and quick to respond to any needs, which made us feel completely at ease. Most importantly, we felt safe and cared for the entire time. Skip the crowded hotels and lodges around San Juan—this is where you want to be. We'll be coming back every chance we get!

One of the best places to stay in Nicaragua. Beutiful beach, very private, great views and a beautiful house. We had a wonderful time. Totally recomended. Carolina is a great host. Felt right at home. The house has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. It is a pets friendly house , so we took our beagles , and they had a wonderful time too.
