The house is comfortable and has everything you need to feel good. The place is spacious and, along with the lake and pool, provides the conditions for an excellent vacation. Enmanuel is an excellent host.

Our stay was excellent. The property is beautiful, very spacious, and was spotlessly clean. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare meals comfortably. Erika, the person who looks after the property, was wonderful. She gave us complete privacy, but she was always very helpful and available in case we needed anything. Communication with the host was also excellent from start to finish. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and enjoyed the house very much. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend it 100%!

Beautiful location, the lake is just in front. The staff at the property, Erika, was friendly and attentive.

Place is at the bottom of lake coatepeque , you do have to drive a minimum of 20 minutes to get into the city . It is an hour away from Santa Ana Volcano . Amenities were great and lady who took care of us was amazing and helpful .

It's a great house, we will definitely book again. The house was just as advertised, beautiful, peaceful, on the lake, easy to get to. You DO NOT need a 4x4 to get to the house. My family had a great time at the lake, in the pool, and on the multiple decks. The host was responsive, Erika was great, and we had no issues at all. I strongly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay. The lake is absolutely beautiful, and the home was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The property felt very safe and secure throughout our visit. The groundskeeper was especially helpful, attentive, and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and would gladly stay here again.

I had a great experience!!! My family and I felt at home. Beautiful home, clean,spacious with an amazing view . The pictures don’t do the place any justice. Erika, the attendant was so nice, kind, accommodating and helped us with everything. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely return. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Such a beautiful lake house! The views are stunning and Erika and her husband were amazing if we needed anything. I didn’t communicate with Emmanuel at all, Erika took care of everything. Minor drawbacks were the long bumpy drive to the house (get an SUV), the pool doesn’t really get any sun so it’s freeeezing, and there are no paper towels/napkins. The location sent didn’t work on my phone so I requested a pin of the location and that was perfect. We loved using the kayak and being on the dock. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the views! Our favorite restaurant was casa 1800!!

Loved Mir-A-Lago!! The experience was peaceful, calming, comfortable, fun and magical. House had great bedrooms, beautiful pool, swings, a deck, good internet connection, nice tv, kitchen and dinner table. Loved the speaker for music that you could move wherever you went to play music in the background. Erika the house manager was amazing, very nice, helpful and she really made it all come together. Very welcoming. We loved Erika!! I will definitely be back.
