Here's a polished version of your review: --- We had a fantastic stay at Claudia Bello’s condo. Everything was exactly as we imagined it would be. The condo is lovely, with a spacious patio and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The entire property is well-maintained, and the security guards made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Claudia was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely come back to this spot!

Oh what have we done. When we checked in for two weeks. This is false advertising. It is not spectacular and luxurious with a great ocean view. You can just see the ocean in the distance over the palm trees from the balcony, but not the beach what you stare at is a filthy dirty, dusty soccer field in front of you and the busy main road. To your left is the main highway, which is so loud that no one goes out on their balconies. They promised it would be clean because prior people had said so. It was filthy. The owner checked us in and could see the thick layer of dust in the closets by the safety deposit box. The drawers were covered in hair and dirt. Not only was it not clean, but I asked if they were cleaning supplies and they said yes. There was the end of a roll of paper towels no clean sponges just dirty ones for the bathroom no hand towels when they finally sent in cleaners the water and buckets was filthy. It is really loud from traffic. The Jacuzzi does not work fans don’t work.

Very nice place to stay in Cabo. We've been here many times and plan on coming back. Very comfortable condo and conveniently located! Claudia is a great host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Claudia’s place. For us, the location was perfect as it was right outside town, away from nightclubs, while still being close enough to walk to things or get a cheap Uber. We never waited more than 4 minutes for an Uber and it was about $5 to get to town. The pool was great and the beach is a close walk. We also took Ubers to the nearby beaches of playa Santa Maria and Chileno. Both were worth a visit! Claudia was very responsive in her communication. We had some cleanliness issues but I brought them to her attention and she assured me it was not the norm and offered to have the cleaners come again. We enjoyed the added bonus of the provided beach chairs and umbrella! Overall, would definitely stay there again!

Great location and value. Appreciated the cleanliness and super responsive communication with host. Carlos, the gate attendant was pleasant to talk with, always had a smile and helpful with details such as the location of the water hose to rinse our dive gear. Both pools were clean and refreshing. Beds were comfortable as was the case with all furniture. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and sitting out on deck watching the soccer matches across the street. Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed the place and highly recommend this place.

Wonderful condo! It was stylish, clean and the location was fantastic! If we needed anything or had a question we got a response right away. We definitely plan to return and use this condo again.

Great stay. Both Claudia and the Property Manger (Kendra) were responsive and incredibly helpful. Attendees at the gated entrance were always really nice and helpful too. Nice sized place and everything was really clean when we arrived.

Beautiful, fully furnished ,large two bedroom condo near the beach. Super large balcony with nightlights. Claudia was very accommodating.

I absolutely love Claudia’s condo, the pictures don’t do it justice! It was extremely spacious, and a wonderful 2 bed 2 bathrooms. It was a block and a half from the beach (5 minute walk) and a 15 minute walk to the Marina ( or 5min drive and $5-8 taxi! I also loved the area, as soon as you walk on to the beach there are 3 restaurants and bars that will bring your drinks to you. Also, lots of activities such as boat rides, jet skiing, atvs, and camel rides. There was 24 hour security who were very friendly and resourceful when it came to local recommendations and ordering taxis. Overall this was one of my favorite airbnbs to stay at and if I return to Cabo I would certainly stay here again!
