Upon checking in, I asked Antony, who was very kind, if there was an ice machine. He told me I could take some ice from the machine behind the kitchen. Everything was fine until Wednesday evening. A man named Ramiro, carrying a small cooler, approached me from the dining area, shouting at me in a disrespectful tone, telling me I wasn't allowed to take ice. I explained the situation to him, and he asked me, 'Who told you that?' I don't know how someone so rude can be put in charge of a guest-facing area of the hotel, especially when dealing with an older adult. I really don't know. Other than that, the rest of the staff were very friendly; even on previous days, they helped me with the ice, including the dining room staff.

We found it to be a very quiet and pleasant place. We brought our pet and had no problems. We are very grateful!

What a fun little spot! Great bar and restaurant / breakfast, perfect sunset views on the beach, lots of beginner surfers and lessons right out front. The pool was pretty clean. AC in the room worked excellent, had to ask the front desk for blankets which were in okay condition - but clean. Loved having a poolside room, everyone seems to quiet down after 8pm or so (we weren’t there on the weekend though). Family friendly and very Americanized… would definitely be a good starting place to bring our elderly parents /more timid international travelers. Most of all the staff are all very welcoming, super accommodating and kind and very understanding if your español es moy pequeño (but I feel it goes a long way to try!) A relaxing, easy stay indeed.

Great hotel

Good decent hotel on the beach. A bit pricey for what it is, but generally comfortable, nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. Cool property and great location on the beach.

We had an amazing time at this accommodation, the room was just as it looked in the photos, check-in in the room was until 3pm, however they let us enter the hotel early. The breakfast was very tasty, the beach is nice and clean, just a few steps from the room.

Great location and vibe! Just what we were looking for! Free breakfast was offered and was a great way to start our day. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Pura Vida!

BEAUTIFUL place! The landscape involved was gorgeous! The receptionist was very helpful and nice when asked about directions. The pool was very nice as well

The place is in an excellent spot! The whole team was really nice to us and the hotel services were really good! Breakfast included was delicious. I'll be back!

Great place! I had a wonderful time and everything was as good as it looked in the photos or even better! Definitely looking to stay again in the future.
