Great location walk to restaurants, shops, beach. Lots to do in the area. Unit was located on the second floor with a balcony great for people watching in the evening.

Really nice home she is really fast responsive when you have a concern. Nice clean home. Nice home for a 4 to 5 person family. Loved the view you have through the balcony.

The place is exactly how it is described. It is close to everything that San Juan Del Sur has to offer. The bedrooms sit back far enough to where you do not hear the vehicles on the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The deck vue terrible ( look at electrical wire and roof top from across the street restaurant / bar ) can’t see the sunset if you sitting or you have to stand up on your tip toes Noisy all night and smelling fume from car if sitting on the porch Sitting day time impossible otherwise you will cook it really hot Kitchen ok Living room blend into kitchen really small with only a wear out love seat not big enough for 2 Bedroom bed we can feel the spring and only one thin layer of top sheet really thin !! AC possibly need maintenance as noisy and smelly One of the bathroom tap shower had a srew to use the tap Does not worth the value we paid Will never go back The lobby was nice and clean and friendly staff Elevator don’t work and loud squeaky noise front the unit entrance Location ok if you want to party in town

We booked this property for its advertised beachfront location, expecting to enjoy an unobstructed ocean view from the porch. While there were more affordable and attractive options, we paid a premium for what was described as a unit on the beach. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find it was actually across the street. Being on the second floor, the porch view was almost entirely blocked by nearby establishments. The listing photos likely depict a higher-floor unit, which felt misleading. That said, the location is great—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The unit is older but clean. However, the water pressure in bedroom #1 was awful; the shower barely trickled, making rinsing off a hassle. Overall: fantastic location, decent accommodations, but no true ocean view. Be aware of the misleading listing.

Hi Baruch, thanks for your review. There was no intent to mislead in the description of our apartment . A simple look at the photo of our listing shows the beach view from our patio is partially obstructed by the restaurants on the beach. Unfortunately the water pressure is beyond our control but I believe the lack of pressure was due to city water supply which doesn’t happen too often. For our location and amenities, our price is extremely competitive . I can definitely say that our apartment has the best location in San Juan del Sur. The new park , groceries, seafood restaurants and markets , coffee shops , the port and the soon new malecón are all within a 3 minute walk.
