Great location, very nice home (especially for Central America) and very helpful concierge!

Staying here was like a dream! Nicole was super helpful and very responsive. The place was beautiful , the pool area, even though pictured beautifully was even nicer in person! The sauna and the plunge pool were especially a hit. The beach was so close and the waves were absolutely perfect for surfing.We would definitely come back here!

This house was truly amazing and one of the highlights of our family trip to Costa Rica! We were a family of 14, and from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and honestly one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. The location was perfect. Having the beach so close was incredible, and we loved being able to easily get to local bars and restaurants. When we wanted to head into Tamarindo, it was just a quick Uber ride away. It gave us the perfect combination of a beautiful, relaxing beach setting while still being close to everything. And we have to give a special mention to Nancy! She went above and beyond for our entire family and truly made our stay extra special. She took such wonderful care of us and the house and was an absolute pleasure to have around. She is a gem! Our whole family—from the younger ones to the grandparents—loved our time here. We made incredible memories together and were genuinely sad to leave. Beautifu

The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and even more gorgeous in person. We loved it so much that we actually took our pre-ceremony photos here! The beach access was incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk away. The house mom was so kind and helpful, and the concierge service was truly the best. We felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay, and the alarm system provided great peace of mind. The backyard was one of our favorite parts, with an amazing sound system that made relaxing by the pool even better. It was the perfect place to unwind, spend time together, and enjoy our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great week in Playa Grande! Every great bedroom has an attached bathroom. And the bunk room was awesome! We rented a six seater golf cart for the duration and were able to drive it everywhere. Beach was short convenient walk. Restaurants are super close. Pool was excellent. And we even engaged a private chef for an evening and had an amazing dinner for 15 guests who were staying nearby. Kitchen had everything necessary to accommodate. Washer and dryer on premise. Two refrigerators. Only caution is that the secondary parking area inside the gate is very small. Our second vehicle, a small SUV, barely fit and we had to pull it out for passengers to get in. But this is an amazing property. As an Airbnb host of several beach properties, we are picky. This is a five star destination!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our big family with kids. Upon arriving the house was pristine, kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. The pool was a big hit with the kids, half bathroom located outside so you don’t have to come inside with wet feet for a potty break. The covered patio was perfect for rainy afternoons while still enjoying the outside space. One thing to note, this is a staffed house, not just the cleaning lady (she was wonderful), but they have gardeners, a pool and maintenance guy arriving at different times during the week. We were not thrilled with this as it was a bit uncomfortable to have them show up unexpectedly through the back gate but also understand the maintenance demands of such house are high. Other than that, our stay was great and would recommend.

This is a lovely and spacious home. Walk to the beach via short trail takes a few minutes. Pool is lovely; temperature is perfect. Outside space is inviting. Plenty of towels are provided. Backyard is very private. You can hear the neighbors from the “sister” house when they are in pool, but not a problem. Soak tub in the primary bedroom is luxurious. Kitchen is well equipped. Grill is great. There are great details inside and out (ice machine). A few restaurants within walking distance. Cleaning service was excellent with daily pick-up and help with dishes, towels, etc. El Beach Club nearby was great for surf lessons and food. While almost everyone takes credit cards, having enough cash is important because there are no ATMs right in Playa Grande (at least not that we found). Paying with US Dollars is very common.

​Five stars all around! We spent 4 days here and everything exceeded our expectations. Playa Grande is a gem, and this house is the perfect home base. A massive thank you to the house mom, nancy, who was simply amazing—she kept the place sparkling and made an amazing breakfast (ask for the gallo pinto!) Between the beautiful surroundings and the amazing hospitality, especially nicol who was responsive and wonderful, we felt completely spoiled. An absolute dream vacation!
