Great private house in San Juan del Sur. Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The small pool was perfect for relaxing, and the AC and hot water worked great. Quiet, private location and an excellent place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. From the very beginning, communication with the host was clear, quick, and very friendly, which made the whole process very easy. The place was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as shown in the photos (even better in person). The comfort was excellent: a cozy bed, a quiet atmosphere, and everything you need to feel at home. The location is also a big plus, as it is close to key places and makes getting around very easy. Also, you can tell they pay attention to detail, which really makes a difference during your stay. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Place was exactly what we needed. It’s a little bit of the main strip but once the road next to the place that’s currently under construction is complete, it should be a 5 min ride to the beach

The house is just as seen in the photos, the place was clean and tidy, very nice, it is worth the price and I would return, communication with the hosts was very good, Maria is friendly and helpful. The only point that I would suggest improving is the climb from the entrance to the gate of the house because the ground is very loose, it is difficult to walk and the tires of not so large cars slip, so if that area were better conditioned for vehicle use, it would be excellent. Otherwise, very nice accommodation and I do recommend it. 😊🫰🏻
