The A/C failed from the start, extreme noise at night until 11:30 PM. The pool safety was out of control. Otherwise fantastic

Very nice apartment; excellently located both for its proximity to the beach and to 5th Avenue. The only thing was that the A/C stopped working for two nights and it's a bit uncomfortable to wake up in the morning in the heat. They fixed it, but on the beach with so much heat you never want to have any problems with the A/C. Other than that, everything was excellent. We'd definitely come back.

Impeccable condo, very clean and well located a few minutes from the beach and 5th Avenue. Corner unit with ocean, street and pool views. Comfortable bedrooms with cozy beds and private bathrooms. The air conditioning works well despite a few moments of slack which is normal given the temperature. Large underground parking accessible even for a Suburban. Big downside: the security at the pool is excessive, especially the elderly agent with a very unpleasant gray beard who spoiled part of the stay. Despite this, Angel deserves 4 stars. However, unfortunately I will not return because of the atmosphere imposed by the management of the condominium mentioned above. Suggestion: include 4 beach chairs and a parasol with the rental. This would prevent tenants from having to spend unnecessarily at Mamita's: $160 CAD the 1st day for 8 drinks. You must consume to have access to the 2 chairs and umbrella provided. I really wanted to give this home a 5 star rating. but we had chronic AC issues that persisted for the entire month we rented the house. Other than that, everything was perfect. In spite of the AC, I would actually come back because we loved the location and the home. The maintenance manager was very responsive. We had a great stay.
