Azul Hotel & Retreat

This exceeded our expectations. The staff were all very friendly. The beach was lovely and even though public there were never more than 10 people, while we were there. They welcomed us with cold coconut water, fresh fruit plates and flowers on the bed. It was lovely. We loved our outdoor shower and the extras they provided such as a beach bag.

Azul was a peaceful resort to relax at. Costa Rica without all the people. A welcome end to our long trip in Costa Rica. O and free parking!

Our stay at Azul Hotel and Retreat was absolutely fabulous. Everything was as described. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and wonderful humans! It was so peaceful and just what we needed to get away from our busy home life. Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful place with lovely people.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The ocean view from our porch was spectacular. The amenities were very nice. The room was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The perfect place to relax ! We would highly recommend.

Azul Ocean Club was a beautiful getaway. We loved the extremely quiet private beach and the great pool with swim-up bar. The staff was attentive and courteous. The on-site restaurant was exceptional with high-quality food and haute cuisine-level presentation. We would love to return any time.

Nice and calm place to rest. The road isn't in great condition, but it's part of the adventure.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The room was immaculate and bed was upper comfy. We will definitely be back.
