The house is like the picture everything was nice, beautiful view very friendly. The only thing is a little bit darker to get there in the night But in the daytime, everything is perfect, beautiful

The house is as described, communication with the host was very good, although in two of the bathrooms, we had no water all weekend, the pool is somewhat small considering the size of the house, also, there was a gardener every day in the morning in the pool area, from where you also have access to the room on the first floor (with sliding glass doors) if you are someone who likes to have complete privacy all the time, this will not be a point in favor. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beach is 600 meters away with access on foot or by vehicle.

The gardener cleans the pool daily and therefore itâs necessary that they are there for a short period each day to carry out their duties. With respect to your comments about no water in the bathrooms, weâve had no complaints from other guests that were in the home prior to your stay and immediately afterwards. We will ensure that any potential issues that you may have experienced are addressed. We have our staff looking into this now to ascertain why you would have had any issues with water.

Very nice and a beautiful location. The only problem I had with the house was the TV didnât work. When you travel with children itâs a bit of a problem.

If you are looking for a private oceanfront accommodation, I recommend this place. It is quiet, spacious, and has a comfortable atmosphere. The ocean is within walking distance, and you can use the resort's facilities, such as restaurants! If you are looking for the most beautiful beach in Nicaragua, I recommend this place.

The view is beautiful. The home was equipped with fresh water and a full kitchen. The property manager was responsive. The location is very private and its a long drive to any groceries or restaurants, but it was wonderful for a family gathering.

This a beautiful and wonderful place for our family on Spring Break. We had all the amenities we needed. The house pool and view were incredible. The private beach, restaurant and live music at the restaurant were amazing.
