What an amazing location! We loved the spot, the outdoor kitchen was so cute. Super close to the beach and so close to many fun spots to eat and have drinks. We would stay here again for sure!

This was a great location for Tamarindo Beach. Andy was a phenomenal host and very helpful for my time there.

We absolutely loved Casa Smiling Dog. The location is excellent! Very close to everything, right across the street from the beach. The rental unit itself was also excellent! Super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. AC unit worked perfectly and the shower was great. Some other positives were the bed, and the beautiful garden view. Andy and Rowena are wonderful hosts and it was a real pleasure to meet them. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

The best experience i have had with Air BnB. Andy went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable, and was very attentive. Very clean, safe, great wifi, super close to the beach and an amazing value!!! Highly recommend

Host’s are quick with communication. It’s a very safe place to stay due to multiple gates. It has a beautiful garden and patio area for relaxing through the day whenever not on the beach. Walk to the beach is about 3 blocks. I forgot an item when I left and they shipped it back to USA for me. I will stay here again if I ever return to Tamarindo.

Andy's place was awesome, it was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was quite big with a huge space in the shower. His place also has a front porch, though we didn't use it much because it was really hot out, but I would imagine it would be nice place to relax when it is not so hot. This place is very close to the beach and all the nearby shops yet very quiet and private. Andy gave us great recommendations about where to eat. I highly recommend his place.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and town/restaurants. Andy was quick to respond to any issue that came up and was welcoming and helpful.

Book it! This place is located on the quiet side of town, which was perfect for us. We were across the street from the beach. And a short walk from the grocery store. There are many restaurants and bars just a two min walk away. We were able to see monkeys from the porch which was super cool. I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again!

Andy's place is close to bars, restaurants, local shops, and the beach! Each unit also has their own kitchen space with everything you could need to cook. Couldn't ask for anything more! Pura Vida.

Andy & Rowena are the best hosts ever, you will feel like being in your home. The place is very clean, near to restaurants, super markets and 200 mts to the Tamarindo Beach.

Andy and Rowena are great hosts. Communication was very clear and they were very friendly and helpful. Their house is very close to the beach and some great restaurants. The room itself is clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The outside kitchen/garden area was so peaceful and relaxing and it was nice to have that space away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. We would definitely stay here again.

Andy’s place is in an awesome location; walking distance to the main places in Tamarindo, yet away from all the noise for a quiet rest. The bed was comfy and the restroom was huge and nicely furnished. It felt like staying in a hotel room, but with a nice outdoor patio, kitchen and hammock :)

The place is everything you need; a fee steps from the beach,2 supermarkets less than a block away, town is 5 mins away and the hosts are great people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the room is very very clean. The bathroom is very well maintained as well. I'd definitely recommend this place and I'm looking forward to be back in Tamarindo and hopefully (of there's vacancy) staying in Smiling Dog again. It really is nice and close to everything.
