The views from the porch were even more amazing than the photos show! We loved watching the birds in the morning and the sunset at night. The hosts were responsive and the spaces were very clean. Do note that there is only AC in one room. Temperatures were OK for us with a breeze at night but I could see sleeping being uncomfortable in hotter weather. We had great meals at Cafe Con Amor, Restaurante Tinajas, and Cafe y Macadamia. It was a wonderful stay!

We loved the house. Everything was just like the photos. We found small but great details that made our stay pleasant, such as having some basic things like sugar, coffee, oil, and condiments, anticipating our needs, something I didn't find in other Airbnb's. The beautiful landscape and view. The response to our comments was always immediate. Highly recommended

This is my favourite airbnb stay ever. Such a beautiful peaceful property and it couldn’t have been more pristine. The cherry on top was genuinely the hosts, Justin and Dennis and the team were so kind, so personable, and responsive. They reached out to us before we would ever need to reach out to them each time and gave us so many recommendations. The house is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. I would reccomend to anyone! We had a fantastic stay at Ave Paraiso. The views over Lake Arenal are stunning. The house is beautifully designed, modern, and very spacious, with great indoor/outdoor living that made it perfect for our family. Justin was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The master bedroom is beautiful and the only one with air conditioning. Highly recommend.

This house is a modern minimalist design masterpiece with the most incredible mountain views over the lake! Our family appreciated the expansive rooms, indoor/outdoor living and peaceful surroundings. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our party of five adults had a wonderful time at Ave Paraiso. The first thing you will notice is the amazing view of Lake Arenal. We enjoyed several beautiful sunsets from the patio....drink in hand and listening to our favorite music. The house is in a decent location. It took about an hour to get to La Fortuna each day. Most of the activities we enjoyed started there. The house was well equipped, it had everything we needed. However, we didn't do any cooking as we preferred to check out the local restaurants. Justin and Dennis were great. They responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. Just a note to future guests that we were not aware of - the only air conditioning unit is in the master bedroom, the other 3 bedrooms do not have units and there are no TVs in the house. We had such a great time in Costa Rica and we thank Justin for sharing his lake house with us.

Amazing place with stunning views! We enjoyed the bird watching from the expansive patio. It’s a great location if you want to be in a tranquil area, but still able do activities in La Fortuna.

The surroundings are incredible: a privileged view of Lake Arenal. The house is spacious, clean, with all the amenities. The host was very willing to answer any questions, very friendly. We will definitely be back.
