The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. The facilities (swimming pool and game room) are amazing and it is spectacular to have that beautiful beach right in front.

It was our first time visiting Punta Esmeralda, and staying at Punta Verde truly made it a wonderful experience. The place has everything you need to leave all worries behind and simply enjoy your time. The apartment is fully equipped, with outstanding cleanliness and organization. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with all you need for a perfect vacation. We brought my mom, 86 grandma and our dogs and enjoyed so much. My mom was able to walk to the beach and even had a swim. The dogs were so happy at the beach too. We had a Great time.

The apartment is spotless, just like the first time I visited it, the photos are exactly as the apartment is, super easy to find and Arthur is a very good host and I will probably visit again.

Arthur’s place was fantastic, clean, and spacious. It had everything described, and made our stay in Costa Rica perfect. Arthur was an amazing host - he responded almost instantly to all of my questions, and was exceedingly helpful. I would absolutely stay again and recommend this property to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic stay! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations and was everything we hoped for and more. The space was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and in an ideal location. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the stylish decor to the high-quality furnishings and finishes. The kitchen was stocked with more appliances than we could have imagined—everything was top-notch, from the coffee maker to the blender and even the extras we didn’t expect but really appreciated. It felt like a true home away from home. The little touches throughout the place showed how much care and attention had gone into creating a memorable experience. The hosts were responsive, accommodating, and clearly dedicated to making our stay as perfect as possible. We would absolutely recommend this gem of a place and can’t wait to come back!
