Rodrigo and his family were great hosts and attentive to our needs and the occasional issue that arose. For longer stays suggest it best to have a 4wd as some of the roads aren’t paved and you do get a little limited if you want to eat out with the options close by. Saying that some of the local cafes and restaurants are great. They’ve made great use of the space in the bus and the shaded deck outside is great to listen to the sounds of nature plus gives some protection from the sun. The aircon cools the sleeping area well and with careful positioning of the fans the rest of the bus can be made comfortable. The bed is very firm but a second sleeping area is a little softer so choose depending on your preference of firmness and temperature. The kitchen is basic so access to local places to eat is important as cooking anything other than basics is challenging and hot. Happy to recommend and would stay again knowing what it offers and how great the hosts are.

What an incredible stay! Sleeping on a bus was such a unique and memorable experience—definitely not something you get to do every day. Waking up to the sound of birdsong, with the beach just a short distance away, was pure bliss. I would highly recommend having some form of transportation to make getting around even easier.

Great and unique property! Rodrigo and Giovanni were great hosts - there was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived and they fixed it immediately. Everything is as described. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice time. Something to highlight is the kindness and warmth of Giovanni and his wife, who responded to our concerns. We had a problem and they provided us with assistance and help to resolve it.

Beautiful accommodation that's out of the ordinary!

We spent 10 great nights at Casa Bus in Playa Negra. The communication worked great, everything was very clean and if we had a concern, Rodrigo and his son were always very helpful. The place had everything we needed.

Excellent place and cleanliness

A very original place. Very tastefully decorated. We had good space with our two daughters (9 and 11). Rodrigo and his father were quick to respond to any concerns. You are really in the middle of nature, and you have to be aware of that. But it is exciting to listen to all animals that are around and on the bus. The kitchen is super furnished. Spices, pans, coffee,... Everything you need. Even games were provided. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and the coffee at the front of the street was closed. But would have liked to stay longer than one night.

I spent a week with my girlfriend at Casa Bus, and everything was perfect! Alfredo and Giovani have welcomed us very well, and took care of everything so we could have a great stay. The internet worked super well to work, and the house is very comfortable and beautiful. A very pleasant environment and close to the beach.

The concept of the bus seemed super interesting to me. Many little birds visit the place.

Very nice place on a bus, ultra original and it was perfect for our family of 4. There were all the amenities in the kitchen and we are literally 5 minutes by car from a parking lot to go to the beautiful playa negra - 20 minutes walk. For the price, hard to beat!
