The house in general terms is not suitable for rent. It is extremely hot, only in the bedrooms it has air conditioning, which are old, they make a lot of noise and last to cool. The house requires a lot of maintenance for optimal operation, which is not worth giving all the details because there are many of them. In addition to maintenance, the house was not clean, some degree of deterioration and neglect. Also missing basic things like washcloths, hand towels, enough matches for the kitchen, dish soap, dumpsters, cleaning supplies, etc. Very high price for the little they offer. In addition, we were not informed that the owner is staying in a small house in the back, which gives us privacy. We left a day earlier as we were not comfortable.
