Our unit was spotless and location was outstanding. The beach club access was incredible. We did rent a golf cart since we have teenagers with us to give them some flexibility. Great local restaurants all around and the concierge was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Will definitely come back! The place was absolutely breathe taking. Everything about it was perfect. Communication was clear and the resort amenities that were included were the cherry on top.

This place was perfect for my family of six! The accommodations were pristine, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout. The included beach club access made it easy to enjoy the beautiful Playa Conchal. We rented a car and this place provided shaded parking which was a plus. The drive to the beach club was about 10mins and the club had plenty of parking at no charge. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again! Pura Vida!

We loved the apartment, it seemed recently renovated, new appliances, everything was perfectly clean, great size. But most importantly, it has a great view to the ocean. Will come back.

The views from the infinity pool were spectacular and the surroundings were so peaceful. We had a wonderful time at this location.

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, spacious home for my family of 5. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was clean and pristine. The best part was the gated, exclusive community and the exclusive access to the beach club with access to resort-like amenities. This was the best of both worlds - comfort a full home but with resort-like amenities to the best beach in Costa Rica - Playa Conchal. The backyard had an amazing view with beautiful sunset. The home was quite private; it wasn't a busy community. The local restaurants and grocery store were a short drive away. The beach club also didn't have too many people, like other hotels or resorts. The restaurant right at the beach club - Neenda had excellent food and service. We had lunch there everyday, and cooked most nights. In addition to the beach club there was a community pool which was a 2 min walk from the unit. All in all, we would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4 and had plenty of room. Outdoor space was great for mornings in the shade with coffee. We had a car and took advantage of the beach club and restaurant. Convenient location to walk to the pool as well- kids loved that it was not crowded. Appreciated the beach towels that were provided as well.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was the perfect space for our girls weekend! The view is pretty and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The condo pool is close & pretty! We also loved going to the beach club. Playa Conchal is beautiful!! We had a great time getting massages at the spa at the beach club. The host was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They helped us book a catamaran sunset tour. My friend forgot something in the condo and they worked to return the item to us. The concierge service was exceptional. We look forward to coming back soon!

This apartment completely surpassed our expectations. The openness of the family and dining area immediately stood out, it’s spacious, light-filled. Mornings were our favorite: coffee on the terrace with unobstructed views, beautifully manicured grounds, the ocean in the distance, and a glimpse of the golf course, all while listening to birds start the day. Truly peaceful. The sun setting over the mountains was also pretty hard to beat! Honestly, I don’t have a negative thing to say about the apartment itself. Everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully set up. We rented both a golf cart and a car, which made the experience perfect. Without transportation, your time would likely center more around the community pool which is beautiful and just a stone throw away but mobility definitely expands what you can enjoy in Reserva Conchal. Undoubtedly, we would rent this apartment again… and again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at [Villa Name]! The villa was stunning — beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and had an amazing view. We especially loved the pool and spent hours relaxing there while taking in the scenery. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and Shirley was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay easy and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy Costa Rica. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay!”
