Communication wasn’t too good, it could have better cleaning and more supplies like toilet paper. The place it’s great but the pool wasn’t clean enough and the pump it’s not working enough time.

Thank you very much for your visit, Jorge. It's a bit odd, because here in the app, you can find all the instructions along with the codes for the house. Also, the times you called me, I answered and gave you the corresponding instructions. There are also essential supplies for 2 to 3 days, such as toilet paper, laundry soap, bath soap, disinfectant, bleach, etc. Regarding the pool, the pump runs for the time necessary to ensure, in conjunction with the pool products, that the water is in a usable condition. However, I understand that some guests believe that if the pump is not running, the pool cannot be used, which is completely untrue, as no pump can run 24/7 without getting damaged. In addition, the road leading to the pool is not paved, so it is impossible for there to be no dust. For this reason, we sent the pool attendant over immediately. I appreciate your understanding.

We had a wonderful experience staying here and would definitely recommend it. The place looks exactly like the photos, and everything was spotless when we arrived. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house is very well equipped with everything you might need for a large family or group stay. The space is spacious, cozy, and perfect for big groups. We really appreciated how responsive and kind the host was , she replied quickly to all our questions and made the whole stay smooth and easy. The only small suggestion would be to provide a bit more basic supplies for longer stays. We stayed from Tuesday to Friday and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 10 guests, so having extra available would be very helpful. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay at Aileen's. The location was excellent—close to the beach and several restaurants. The rooms were exactly as described and accommodated my family comfortably. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the pool after our excursions.

we really like it, the only issue that we found was the access to the home, because the street to get to the home was full of holes and dirt. And the Wi-Fi didn't work; it was very slow. But everything else was pretty nice. Thanks

This Airbnb was beautiful, peaceful, comfortable beds and matched the pictures provided. The location is great as it close to the beach but not on the Main Street so pretty quiet. The place was very clean but it was missing extra toilet paper and other bathroom essentials. The kitchen did have all utensils needed + salt, sugar and coffee but that was it no extras so make sure to pack or make a stop before getting to the Airbnb.
