Lara’s place was great, clean and just as pictured. The host responded quickly to any and all inquiries.

Our family of five had a great stay. We loved being close to the ocean and the beach club pool was fantastic. The pool bar and restaurant had delicious food and drinks. Convenient to Jaco but away from the crowds.

Great home and experience dealing with Lara. The home and community was really nice, the Beach Club and beach were perfect and it’s not too far from everything that Jaco has to offer.

Excellent place, safe and ideal for going with the family. Lara responds very quickly when needed. A small suggestion from us: it's nice and pleasant for a guest to have a welcome courtesy, such as fruit, wine, or snacks. In short, a small touch would be the cherry on top. But overall it's a beautiful house and the host is super nice for a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house inside a very safe residential complex. We loved the place.

This house was amazing. Just like the photos. Came for a girls trip and we all had enough space. We felt safe in the house and in the neighborhood. The amenities were so nice. Laura checked in with us every day to make sure we were having a good stay. We used her list of recommendations for a chef, car service, decorator, boat, and restaurants! All amazing. We could see humming birds and macaws from the house as well. Can’t wait to be back!

Enjoyed our stay at Lara’s place. Had everything we needed and was very spacious. The location was great since it was right next to the beach. Lara was also a great host!

Highly recommend!! The house is fantastic—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a bathroom in each room. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool has a large shallow area, great for our young kids (7mths and 4yrs) —they could stand, splash, and jump in safely. There were toys and figurines that kept our 4‑year‑old happily occupied, beach gear like a boogie board and foldable chairs, and even a good mattress in the crib so our baby slept soundly. Just a short walk takes you to the beach club, where there’s a bigger pool, a swim‑up bar, and a great restaurant. On the way, we loved spotting iguanas and macaws. The nearby beach is a stunning black sand beach. The waves are on the stronger side, but it was still fun to play at the edge and watch the surfers in action. You are a 10mins drive from Jaco, a major town. Lara was amazing—quick to respond, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best stay possible. Her hospitality really elevated the whole experience.

The place was wonderful for our stay. Accomodations were worth it and the beach club is a wonderful addition. Woukd stay again.

This place was newer and modern. Huge bedrooms and great baths. The security guard at the gate was nice and the club pool was great. The kids loved the ice cream shakes at the swim up bar. Beach was walkable from the house. However, like others stated- surfing beach, not swimming. The black sand was so cool and beautiful views at the beach. It was nice having beach towels and toys available. The little backyard was small but great for a little dip in the plunge pool and sitting. There is a great Empanada shop (Empanadas y Mas) 7 minutes north on the main road.
