A beautiful place, extremely beautiful view from the room and balcony. Everything was clean, kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I’d say is the mattress is too hard. Tuk tuk service to Panajachel can be requested during the day, at 20-30 GTQ. Very helpful and friendly staff in the location. Mauricio and Leo made sure my stay was comfortable. I also had a massage service in the room with Blanca… it was one of the best massages ever!! Thanks for everything I would love to come back one day!

Gabriel’s place was absolutely stunning, nestled in a private hillside with a two-chaired balcony overlooking lake atitlan. The space is newly built with quality materials. Everything was in working order. The space comes with conveniences that are exceptionally valuable near the lake. First, the shower has a nice overhead faucet that comes pouring down with steaming hot water (if you’d like it), with a view in the shower overlooking the lake while still being completely private. Second, the space has a mini fridge, a full kitchen with glasses and dishes, and a full container of filtered water with purified ice. Third, the bed directly overlooks the lake with nearly panoramic lake views, and shutters completely enclose the space at night. The hosts were extraordinary. When we arrived, they personally lifted our luggage. We were met with a named sign greeting us, and all towels and were arranged in a heart shape. They called tuk-tuks upon request and offered cleaning. 11/10.

A very nice place with an amazing view. Everything was super comfortable. We were able to get a good rest! If you don't mind staying a little far from Pajanachel, it's worth it. It's very close by tuk-tuk, and they help you contact a driver to take you there.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation has a spectacular view of Lake Atitlán, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. In addition, the Villas Ónix team was always very attentive to our needs, responding quickly and providing excellent service throughout the stay. It's definitely a place I recommend and would come back to.

Amazing views and the amenities are great.

It was one of our favorite stays in Guatemala. The place is wonderful, it has a prime view, the jacuzzi is incredible, they left us amenities, and everything was impeccable. It's just that you have to climb a bit to get to the place, but the view is totally worth it. The host was wonderful. They helped us with our luggage at all times and put us in touch with a Tuktuk driver who was practically our driver for the entire stay. Everything was wonderful. 100% recommended and I would return without hesitation.

A beautiful place to rest, far from everything, but if you come down from Acatenango, it's the best place to rest your body. The host is an excellent person and very attentive.

Our stay was perfect. Gabriel helped us a lot with getting there. Just send him a message and he'll send you a tuk-tuk and help. It's very nice: The place is magical; you don't get tired of the view. The comfort is top notch. We had hot water in the Jacuzzi every day, and it was very hot. Perfect spot for a break after hiking on the volcano. We loved it. Thank you 🤩

Our stay in Santa Catarina Palopó was amazing! The room was beautiful with stunning views, a comfortable bed, and a great jacuzzi! The Onix Collections team was always quick to respond when arranging tuk tuks to Panajachel and an in-room massage. You must take advantage of having Blanca give you the best massage of your life! They also helped carry our bags, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is stocked with a stove, toaster, microwave, mini fridge, dishes, utensils, and a large jug of purified water, making it easy to stay in or explore. Jenna’s River B&B, just across the street from the reception, is a great nearby option for breakfast or dinner. A few notes: the walk to the room is very steep but 100% worth it for the view. We also noticed an occasional bathroom plumbing odor, which we reported and they said they’d look into it. Keeping the bathroom door closed solved it. Favorite restaurants: Al Jouri Kitchen, Restaurante Utz Ik, Tacoffee, Dolce Gelato, and 7 Caldos.

This place is a dream. The view of the lake is simply spectacular! The house is very well equipped for a very comfortable and quiet stay. The hosts were friendly the whole time and were very attentive to us. It's definitely worth staying here. It was a beautiful experience.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Definitely need to be in optimal physical state as it requires much stairs and uphill walk as well as descend when leaving. I would recommend if you’re looking to immerse yourself in tranquility. They arranged just about all of our activities, exceptional communication and attention to detail.

Crazy views, really good airbnb with everything you need. A lot of activities. Highly recommended with you are a couple in Pana.

A place with a magnificent view! A few minutes' drive from the center. Just be aware that you have to climb a fairly steep hill to get to the accommodation!

We had a great stay! Like other reviews mention, the walk uphill is definitely a challenge and caught us by surprise on the first day, but the views are totally worth it. The hosts were great, helped us with our luggage, and were very responsive. We had no issues getting tuk-tuks to and from the city, and the Airbnb had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be to add a small shelf or shower caddy for shampoo and soap instead of leaving everything on the floor. Other than that, everything was exactly as described. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos and even better. The area is 5 minutes by tuc tuc from Panajachel, which makes it very easy to get around. The views are spectacular, and from the beginning, they welcomed us with excellent service! We recommend it 100%

We had an amazing stay! The views from the cabin were absolutely beautiful and made our trip even more memorable. The cabin itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was also fantastic—very close to Panajachel, making it easy to either walk into town or take a quick tuk-tuk ride. We also appreciated the excellent job the receptionist and security staff did in helping keep our car safe and secure during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The view was amazing. The location is secluded enough where it was quite and peaceful at night but also just a short tuktuk away from all the action.

10/10 - Super communication and help. We were able to store our luggage, and his sons were already downstairs with the suitcases for the pickup. The apartment was also great!

The Onix houses are perched directly on a hill overlooking the lake (the views are unreal!). Gabriel and the rest of the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and the homes were very cute. The homes are a 10ish minute tuk tuk ride to pana and there are a few restaurants around but the location is quite remote (perfect if that is what you are looking for :)). We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice place, very conveniently located and close to Panajachel. Various services are offered, such as transportation and tours. The staff are the real stars of this Airbnb. Mauricio, Leonardo, and everyone involved are extremely friendly and ready to help at all times and with everything! I highly recommend this place if you need guidance on how to manage your stay at the lake and if you want a good view of the lake. Please note that to get to the Airbnb, you have to climb a steep hill and several flights of stairs.

We highly recommend this place. From the moment we arrived, Leonardo and Mauricio were incredibly kind and helpful, making all the tuk-tuk arrangements for both our arrival and the rest of our stay. Issac, our tuk-tuk driver, was equally wonderful—always available, attentive, and ready with great recommendations. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. The team was consistently hospitable and efficient. Scheduling transportation was effortless, check-in was quick and easy, and their local tips really enhanced our trip. The property itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially loved the jacuzzi and the beautiful views. Its location is also a big plus—just a short distance from downtown, making it perfect for dining out and exploring on foot. We can’t wait to be back! 🫶🏻

My boyfriend & I stayed here for his birthday and our first time in Guatamala and it was amazing! The view is so incredible & it’s in a very quiet spot. The tuk tuks were able to pick us up and take us on a short drive to the center of Panajachel. Gabriel & the other hosts were so quick to respond any time we needed them & the place was clean & well kept! Staying here made the whole experience even better!

This is a gorgeous cabin for a luxurious yet cosy stay. The cabin had incredible views, looking right out onto the lake which allowed for catching beautiful sunrises. The place was super clean, came with all utensils needs and the jacuzzi was a nice little edition. Only downside was lots of barking by stray dogs in the area one night but cant fault Gabriel for that. We loved our stay and would happily stay again!

Beautiful place to stay! The views are outstanding. The Airbnb is extremely comfortable w a very comfy bed and fully equipped. The hot tub is a great addition. The staff was so helpful and it’s only a 10 min TukTuk drive to Pana. The walk up to the cabin is very steep, If you have mobility issues it might be difficult. But it’s 100% worth the walk up to cabin if you don’t have issues. Staff helps w luggage so that’s not an issue. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would stay again without hesitation.

The apartment is more spacious than it appears in the photos, very clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. Communication was excellent throughout, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The location is a bit outside of Panajachel, so you’ll need to take a tuk-tuk to get there, but the staff can easily organize one for you, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay with beautiful views, great service, and a peaceful atmosphere.

My husband and I loved our stay! The staff is incredibly hospitable—a special shout-out to Leo, who arranged all our transport and ensured everything ran seamlessly. The views are stunning, and we loved the location; it’s a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Panajachel but still easily accessible by tuk-tuk. Our only minor complaints are that the beds were quite firm and the room got a bit muggy in the summer heat since there is no AC.

Beautiful place with amazing views!! It is a bit away from Panajachel so you will need to take a tuk tuk or vehicle back and forth. The walk up to the place was extremely steep. Definitely not for anyone who is handicapped or unable to walk up a very steep 100 foot driveway. Our tuk tuk couldn't make it up. Our flight was cancelled due to volcanic ash and we were delayed a day that was beyond our control so understand when it says nonrefundable they will not compromise.Other than that we absolutely loved the place and would stay here again!!

We stayed in Casita Nube for 6 nights, February 2026. We had a lovely relaxing time enjoying the magnificent views, jacuzzi, the comfortable bed (at last 🤪) fresh sheets and plentiful towels. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare & cook food in, although we didn’t cook anything. A toaster oven was a very welcomed addition. A TV on a mobile stand enabled us to position the TV where we could enjoy the view and be entertained or just move it totally out of the way! The Casita is positioned quite high up and enabled us to get more steps in 😜 with the steep slope followed by a few steps up to the view of the magnificent lake and volcanoes. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

Great view, cozy apartment, with essentials. Overall good experience. The only things I can point out is that other reviews were accurate about the location being on a steep hill so be prepared for a short hike or a very tight and careful drive up. They do help with luggage so that was definitely helpful or would have been quite a workout. The only comment inside would be that the bed was not very comfortable and the size was not accurate. The description stated a queen size bed but it definitely felt like a twin size. Otherwise, the view and overall condition made it worthwhile. Thanks

Great place, cozy and wonderful views. Friendly staff. The cabin have everything you need if you bring food to prepare. There are some food delivery options if you order in the day or before 6:00pm.

A peaceful get away just outside of Panajachel. Gabe was a great host and the Onix group provided everything we could think of. The views were beautiful and the hot tub was a great way to wind down. Gabe even coordinated in home massages for me and my partner! 10/10 experiance.

Gabriel’s place is truly a gem -- everything was flawless. The view was absolutely stunning, with the lake visible both from the balcony and directly from the room. The studio itself is brand new and beautifully maintained. At the bottom of the path leading up to the apartment, there’s a small office/reception area where we received a very warm and thoughtful welcome. I highly recommend this place, especially for its breathtaking view. Just keep in mind that the way up to the apartment is very steep, which may be important to consider.

Wonderful place to stay outside of town. Beautiful views from bed & the patio. Not much around for food, so make sure to bring what you want to the accommodations with you! The kitchen had everything you should need to cook. Hot water was lovely in the shower.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Selene. The view over Lake Atitlan is simply gorgeous! Even more beautiful than the photos can capture :) The whole environment invites you to feel good and also the team around Gabriel was super friendly and helpful! Even with a flat tire, the guys were there to help us. Thank you! Other questions and requests were also responded to quickly and reliably. As a tip: In the "Restaurante y Cafeteria Vista Bella" down the street you can eat well and with the Tultuks you can quickly get to Santa Catarina and Panajachel. We highly recommend the place and would definitely come back!
