This property was our favorite part of the stay in costa rica. It was heavenly to be able to swim at the pool which was just the perfect temperature. The entire staff—daily cleaning, concierge, pool maintenance etc. made our stay so pleasant and easy. Every time we had a question or issue (small issues), they were on top of it and addressed promptly. Kids loved seeing the raccoon family (how wonderful is it that the have a home on the tree by the kitchen!), seeing birds, iguanas, insects and crabs at the house. The entire house is so well designed, the kitchen was absolutely well stocked, really appreciated having filtered water and all the stainless steel pans and pots and ample dishes. The beds and beddings are high quality and comfortable. There isn’t a single complaint I have about this house. We would love to stay here again, no question. Book this place!!!

We had a great time at CasaMar with our two families. The house was perfectly laid out for a large group, with a great common area that ended up being one of the most-used spaces during our stay. In the heat of the day, we spent a lot of time around the pool and in the outdoor living area. The entire property is immaculate and has every amenity you could need. The staff were friendly and worked around our schedule, taking care of things in a way that felt easy and unobtrusive. We found the location ideal, with easy walks to dinner and nearby shops. We rented a side-by-side, which I would strongly recommend, as it made it easy to grab groceries and quick trips about. The beach right out front is great for playing in the water but for us the waves were quite big so we went Playa Carmen for surfing (2 min ride) away. This was our first time in Santa Teresa, and we really felt like we lucked out by choosing CasaMar, it made the experience exceptional. Thanks Ana and Mark.

We loved our stay at CasaMar. Great location! Walking distance to the beach and to most of town. The staff was amazing and helped us plan massages and other activities including a private chef that was top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better Costa Rica experience!

Great house beautifully located right next to the beach . Beautiful garden and nature around . Everything was very very clean . Staff working there are very professional and very kind. Ale , the host , has been very very kind and helpful . In this house you have everything you need to have a great experience in Santa Teresa .

We had an excellent stay. The house is just like the photos: spacious, bright, very clean and with all the details taken care of. Ideal location to enjoy Santa Teresa, easy check-in/checkout and always agile and friendly communication. Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended... we would repeat without thinking.

Perfect !! Amazing !!

This was our second stay at CasaMAR and our fifth in Santa Teresa, and it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect, with quick access to the beach and easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Ale was a wonderful host and there to answer all our questions.

We can’t say enough about the fabulous Casa Mar! It was even better in person than in the pictures! What a gem of a house that had total privacy for our group and yet is just steps away from the best sunsets and short walks to great restaurants! First off, the rooms are super comfy. The two master suites are large with lots of storage space and modern, lovely bathrooms! The two smaller rooms worked perfectly for the others in our group. The architectural layout of the house is well planned. The kitchen was so perfect and right off the open air outdoor space where we spent most of our time together. Which brings us to the super fun pool and the jungle feel surrounding it! We looked forward to the howler monkey sightings along with some iguanas and a couple of friendly cats. And we absolutely loved having Lillian show up each day to keep the house clean and organized! She was super sweet and just blended in the background. A real treat! When in Santa Teresa, Casa Mar is the place!!

We had such a wonderful trip. The house was beautiful. The landscaping /grounds, the clean interior decor was just right. The local concierge was amazing and a great help in getting situated and providing local recommends. House was fresh and clean. Loved that there was daily cleaning service to take the work out of it all so we could just enjoy. So perfect for our 2 families… Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Concierge was very helpful with booking. Only thing to note is there is usually a staff member on property at all times.

CasaMar was the best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far. The location was perfect, right by the beach and great restaurants and bars. The staff there were incredibly helpful, providing concierge services and daily cleaning. Ale, the property manager helped us plan transportation, restaurant reservations, and even helped us find a photographer to take bachelorette photos! I really hope to get a chance to stay here again and would absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Santa Teresa!

Amazing stay at Casa Mar quality furniture and linens. Ale was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. Fresh fruit on arrival and a short walk to great waves, beautiful sunsets and cold beers at the beach. Highly recommend this villa to anyone that wants to be close to the action and enjoy privacy all while being 100 meters from the beach. 10/10 will be back!
